I ordered a Beijing beef bowl recently and the chow mein and Beijing beef were fresh and really good! The customer service however, just the opposite. It’s like the workers were forced at gun point to work there. It felt like me ordering food there was a detriment to their time and life.

I have been to many Panda restaurants all over the states and by far Ft Meade is the worst. Poor attitudes and customer service. The staff don’t seem like they want to be there or want to help. Got negative vibes from them. They hardly communicated. Wanted to wait for a particular dish and it seemed like they did not want me to. When the dish came out instead of serving it, the person walked away to do something else. It was not busy. Needless to say I had to prompt her. Guess she didn’t like that and finally handed me my plates with gravy dripping down the sides. She did not care at all. Too bad I had already paid. Would have just walked away at that point without giving them anything. Food was just ok. Someone fix this location please! It’s a train wreck.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my family and I received at the Panda Express on Fort Meade military installation. An employee serving food and a cashier were incredibly rude, impatient and disrespectful, as we got our food order. To make matters worse, the employees forgot to give my family fortune cookies and my children really wanted to receive one. I was very disheartened that the employee accused me of lying for not receiving a fortune cookie when I brought it to her attention. This was not only insulting, but also completely unprofessional. It’s not about the fortune cookie, but the integrity of the employee that she would call a customer a liar.
Once the employee stated that I was lying, I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee laughed in my face. At this point, I informed her that I was serious and she replied “I told you I was sorry.” This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially on a military installation where respect and professionalism are highly valued. As I spoke with the manager, she continued to laugh, further showing she has no regard for the service members or their families. As a military service member, this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. This is the total opposite of customer service.

Your employees are on a military base. We deserve better treatment than being an annoyance. My recent visit to Panda Express on Forte Meade was far from pleasant, primarily due to the behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I arrived, it seemed as if my presence was an inconvenience.
The first red flag was when the employee dumped white rice back into the original rice cooker, was my request was an insult. When I requested to wait for the rice and vegetables to be cooked together, the employee's demeanor became increasingly rude and impatient. Their attitude made me feel like I was an irritation rather than a valued customer.
Additionally, I am not certain if reusing rice in such a manner is a health code violation, but it certainly raised concerns about food safety and hygiene practices at the restaurant.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the employee's lack of professionalism and the questionable handling of food. I hope Panda Express on Forte Meade addresses these issues to improve their service and ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers. I will not be back. The food has 1 flavor grease. Going in the trash, lesson learned.

Good food, for a quick bite. But some of the workers are a little rude and rushing you out even when there is no one else ordering or trying to get food. I asked for a bag for my food to go and the cashier threw my food into the bag causing the container to open and rice spilled out of the bag. When I asked for sauces for my teriyaki chicken they proceeded to roll their eyes at me and throw the sauces into the bag!

Nothing is ever fresh and it sits out all day. I only have this issue with the one on Fort Meade base in MD.

Not bad, but the food tends to run out pretty quickly. Over an hour before closing time, and they’re already down to just fried rice and maybe two or three meat options. And the person serving is never in a good mood.

The food here is average. I feel like the portions are getting smaller and the food has never been hot enough. For a military base though, it’s decent.

I've dined in many Panda Express restaurants. This one needs improvement. The food wasn't ready, was served undercooked, and the server was clearly indifferent. I tried to be friendly because I know food service isn't fun, but the girl clearly didn't want to be there. On the bright side, the cashier, Chen, was super friendly. Thank you, Chen!

Panda Express is likeable. The rice can be a little dry, the sesame chicken isn't sesame enough, but as far as fast Chinese food goes.. it's on par.

Order my meal. Ask for a military discount was told they don't do military discount without a blue star card. Told cashier that I always get military discoun. Cashier job said she's the manager and never did you get militar squirty discount without Blue Star card. Cashier begin to argue with me regarding the discount. Horrible customer service. To make matters worse I was giving very little food for a bigger plate. Do not plan on going there again. After 21 years of service for my country I deserve better. Air force Vet
