I can’t stress enough how good this damn meal was. Like literally EVERYTHING was fire. This was the Joppa rd. location in Towson Md. but seriously Qdoba you are 10 times better than chipotle. ??♀️ the restaurant was clean, food was hot and fresh staff was friendly! We appreciate you!!!
Small portions and their Apple Pay doesn’t work, and it’s been broken for weeks at least

I must give this location 5stars in regard to my experiences at other locations. Here they have the best customer service, operation speed and the food tasted as expected.On the actual military base inside the PX so regular folks, will not have access.[Rating based off the Qdoba franchise only]

Stopped by for a small bite to eat. The server/cashier helped me through the menu, identified things she liked, and offered up a few suggestions. Very friendly she was. I made my decisions, filled my drink cup and found a place to sit. Everything was fresh, chicken was flavorful, spices were kick'n ... but nothing was hot; it was all luke warm. I understand how this can be with a slow lunch crowd and everything in buckets on a steam table. But darn it ... I like HOT (temperature wise) food. So one-star was deducted. Yes; I did go back and mentioned the food wasn't hot.

Rosa is very lovely and pleasant and such a hard worker that was kind respectful and getting all the orders made today. I'm not in the military but had a route pickup so I had to enter the base. But I really wish she was at all the other qdobas so I could see her!

The food is always great and the staff is excellent but they never open on time. Last time on a Saturday I went and they told me they would open at 11 and they didn't open until 20 after. Late opening is a common occurrence.

Minus 1 for "no longer carrying brisket" but it's still on the digital menu. I point that out because it should be a very simple matter of removing the item. Minus 1 for the never-stocked ingredients. There should be someone cooking and preparing these things at all times. Without ingredients, you lose customers. Minus 1 for being judiciously given half scoops of everything but still being charged full price. Not too sure what part of the SOP calls for screwing the customer on the portions but I recommend removing it. If you are within driving distance of a chipotle, don't think twice. Go there, get more for your money.
