Two stars are exclusively for the service, the people here are SO nice. The coffee is terrible though. Ive given it multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just the barista being inexperienced. Then it was a bit of an experiment, I even tried different drinks on different days, and after this 6th one I'm calling it. Every single latte I've had here tastes watered down, like there's no actual espresso in it. This latte is pretty much just milk, I didnt make any adjustments to it in the order. Idk if they're chronically under pouring shots or if the machine is off, but its not worth the $7 it costs. Didn't notice till I left because it was so hot I couldn't drink it, and Im not going all the way back over there today. Maybe I'll try again in a few months, give someone time to sort whatever this out.

I had a Strawberry Acai Refresca here at around 1300 on July 24, 2025. They asked if I wanted water or lemonade, I said lemonade. I've had this drink at several other locations and never had a lemonade version. VERY sour. I rolled with it and finished the Venti size. About an hour later, I began have strange acid reflux. It progressed over several hours. I am multiple tums and glasses of milk later with a burnt esophagus like I've been taking tequila and lime juice shots all day. The amount of citric acid that was put in that drink may have been criminal. I know Starbucks is convenient, but there are other options close to here. Do not roll the dice that the staff may decide to target you for no good reason. And no, this is not an embellishment, legit debated going to the ER, and I did not eat any other spicy or acidic foods today.

Horrible customer service. Sharon (or Shanon), I really hope you arenât the manager with your nasty attitude. Simple question i asked about a special youâre runningâŚyour answer, âNO I WILL NOT DO IT.â You raised your voice in front of 20+ customers and in front of my wife. You should be fired!! Or if you donât like your job, find a new one.
The employees are always rude. Been here 4 times and 3/4 (all different) employees have always been rude. Not that hard to give just even 50% effort.

It saddens me that as a veteran living on post at Fort Meade, that Starbucks co tinues to hire racist employees. I walked in for a beverage this morning and the two employees never even acknowledged my presences. They were not extremely busy at 10:28am. I continued to stand there as they passed out orders. Not one time did either one say, I will be right with you ma'am.

I just don't understand how they consistently mess up an order. Their prices are way too high to accept horrible service. It infuriates me to have a taste for a pumpkin latte only to discover I recieved a regular latte, over and over again.

Walked in and placed a order and the lady said there was no hot danishes but asked me would I like a frozen one like people are really out here eating frozen danishes. On top of that she said at first there was a large then changed it and said they only have small when you see larges on the counter

They get 2 stars for almost never having decaf coffee, which is the only coffee my wife drinks, and for not accepting the QR code for payment through the app. They only take the bar code through the app.
