It saddens me that as a veteran living on post at Fort Meade, that Starbucks co tinues to hire racist employees. I walked in for a beverage this morning and the two employees never even acknowledged my presences. They were not extremely busy at 10:28am. I continued to stand there as they passed out orders. Not one time did either one say, I will be right with you ma'am.

I just don't understand how they consistently mess up an order. Their prices are way too high to accept horrible service. It infuriates me to have a taste for a pumpkin latte only to discover I recieved a regular latte, over and over again.

Walked in and placed a order and the lady said there was no hot danishes but asked me would I like a frozen one like people are really out here eating frozen danishes. On top of that she said at first there was a large then changed it and said they only have small when you see larges on the counter

They get 2 stars for almost never having decaf coffee, which is the only coffee my wife drinks, and for not accepting the QR code for payment through the app. They only take the bar code through the app.

Wanted to order some brownies as a Thank You for our wonderful medical staff at Mercy Hospital. The SB staff acted as if I had declared I was robbing the place. They started acting incredulous, and conferring with each other as if I wasn't even there. Finally, one of them said they would fill the order, but the items would be frozen. I said, "that's fine." The next day I went back, and asked them for the Manager's business card, which is available in other SB locations. They claimed they didn't have it. I again asked for the manager's name, and phone number, and was handed a piece of paper with just a name on it. (For crying out loud!!!) I asked her yet again, " I said name, and phone number of your manager please! They again huddled behind the counter as if they were getting ready for a football scrimmage, and finally gave me the information I requested. Honestly, these people are one airport short of a runway! Run, and go to the SB, outside of the base. It's just not worth the hassle!

Skimping out on the products. If I place a mobile order for a latte, like a Cinn Dolce Latte, then I expect everything to be made in accordance with what the app tells me. This latte was missing toppings (whip & cinnamon), and the guy told me this was intentional for that latte. Not cool! I'm not sure that I trust mobile orders with this establishment anymore. Recommend ordering in person to ensure it's done properly.

They don't let you use stars or do promotion deals here. No birthday drinks! Slow, but a great addition to the satire of life in the military.

Starbucks has a policy that if you don't like your drink they will remake one for you. This location doesn't do that. I guess they have different rules. I'll still go here bc I'm on base and it's my only option, but I'll never try anything new here again

If you want customer service, the Starbuck in Ft. Meade is not the ideal place. I went there to get a bagel without cream cheese and coffee. Well the price was more than what's written in the case. I asked why? This woman stated, "well, we are in the process of changing the price". I stated that I want the price listed in the show case. Melissa or Christian, whatever her name is stated there is nothing she can do and that she can inform her manager. Mind you, the manager was in the back all this time. I stated that the price showing is what one should pay. Again she blurted, "that is the price and she cannot change it". I informed her that things are sold at the price advertised. She stated that this is the price and I do not have to get it nor come back. I said okay and walked away. I walked back to ask her name and she walked off without responding to me. What a nasty attitude for customer service!!! I asked the cashier who initially was serving me her name and she responded, "let me check". She went to the back and never returned. I asked the other cashier and she stated Melissa or Christian. What a waste of time going there!! This has been the worst encounter ever! Obviously, she has not been in retail before or for long. The right thing to do is to inform customers that there is a price change before you ring the order. Customer service training is so needed there.

It’s a hit or miss place. There are a few times my drinks taste differently. Some very water down or flavor is completely off the mark.

Staff is friendly. Always out of everything (no Frapps, no whipped cream, no nitro cold brew..etc) which makes it more difficult to order than it should be. They also don't accept payment from the Starbucks app.
