Purchased a veggie meal on 1/8 and received a survey via email, I completed my survey on 111, and received a code to show at subway at Ft. Meade, where I made my initial purchase for 2 free cookies or a 20 oz fountain drink. I went there today for lunch 1/12 and my offer code was refused because they claim I did not have my receipt from my purchase on 1/8. I informed them that I was not aware I had to keep my receipt, however I have proof from my card payment and even the email that was sent to me initially had their store information on it, and they refused to honor my code.

Every single time I make an online order thru the app, I get skimped on meat and they NEVER toast it even though I select that. Bring back $5 foot longs and maybe I'll look past the cold sandwich.

This location didn't have as many veggie selections that I like for salads. Each time I ordered hot chicken and cheese for my salad, the cheese wasn't melted and the chicken was still cold. Otherwise, it was decent.

As far as Subways go, this place is the best! Extremely friendly, fast, and clean. The older gentlemen -- John, I think -- is fast and always professional and courteous. I think its his wife -- Deb, maybe? -- who's on the register is always pleasant. The food is to Subway standard and they always make it exactly the way I want it, with speed and care. This is the BEST subway in the area.

I was accosted by a teenager who greeted me with, "WHAT DO YOU WANT, MAN?" What?! Am I old fashioned, or was this behavior unacceptable? While the two teenagers were making my sandwiches, I practiced patience and smiled while they shared their obnoxious stories of beating each other up. I hope the manager is reading this. I don't remember acting like this before customers, when I worked fast food as a teenager. No surprise everyone flocks to Chick fil A. I won't order from this garbage shop anymore.

Bathroom has been broken or they won't let us use it for the last 2 months I will stop going there because of the total disregard for the public safety, Guests and employees can't wash there hands

The assembly line of sandwich makers is great for efficiency until you repeat yourself three times. But sandwich was perfect

Slow staff who doesn't listen well. When asked to correct their mistakes they get argumentative. Would of been faster to walk to the commissary, picked out all the ingredients, walked home and made my own sub. At least I wouldn't of been argued with trying to get a simple sub.
