I went to FSU for 4.5 years as an undergrad. I have family in the area, and whenever I come up to visit Clatter is always the first place we go to. Their coffee and lox bagels are UNMATCHED, and their atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed. They've added different foods and experiences to their menu to spice things up and I'm loving every second of it. It's a must stop for anyone visiting frostburg or for anyone who goes to FSU.

My boyfriend, Dan, takes me here for breakfast occasionally. They have a breakfast sandwich that consists of a bagel, fried egg, grilled onion, bacon and cheese, and it's to die for! The last time he took me, Parker made me a vanilla latte that tasted like a fire roasted marshmallow. It was delicious!

The other day I found Clatter Cafe while on a road trip. I ordered a nicely crafted iced mocha which I really enjoyed. Additionally, I was unexpectedly blown away by the Salmon Bowl! How is it that a coffee shop makes some of the best spicy salmon I have ever eaten? Keep up the great work, I will be back.

The best and coolest coffee shop in town. The Big Mo' breakfast sandwich was to die for. If you are passing though and need your caffeine fix, this is the place.

With it’s cheery, bright, mid-century modern vibe, ample seating, and delicious food, Clatter is my go-to coffee stop when I am in Western Maryland! I’ve tried their cortado, minky swoop, and honey beetroot latte and all have satisfied this coffee snob! The baristas here are super friendly and know their stuff! If you are hungry, the food here is definitely worth getting too.

Nice to get morning coffee.
Bagels are not 'city' standard.
Prices kind on the wallet.
Neighborhood gathering spot.

Awesome coffee shop. Great food and atmosphere. The one thing I wish as a college student is that it was open later.
