Amazing! The girl at the register was so friendly and helpful. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. It was also very busy but they had plenty of seating. The bagel with goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and blueberries is a must try! I thought the Vietnamese coffee would be sweeter but I still enjoyed it. And the owner is really nice. I highly recommend this place.

I like this place HOWEVER i really think they need to be more intune. Not everyone likes caffinated coffee or tea and as someone who it gives anxiety to it kinda made me unable to enjoy my experience here. They didnt have any decaf options other than like decaf regular coffee i suppose. I enjoy the taste of coffee, i dont like it for the caffine lol so i would like to go to a place that offers more decaf options as well and Clatter just isnt it. Plus when I walk in and order (ive been here like 2 or 3 three times) they act like they barely notice me. Like bro im just here to get a coffee. I still gave them 3 stars because the coffee is good its just the atomosphere seems a little... i dont wanna say racist justtttt like not educated lololol so like microaggresive. I do recommend if you want good atomosphere and good coffee to hit basecamp in cumberland, however clatter is here for people who need their go juice in the morning at frostburg lol and then again so is sheetz lololololol

What a great local spot! Lots of options for me that are gluten free. Everything was delicious. They have live music and other cool events. The staff were very welcoming. The yogurt parfait was a delightful surprise! It wasn't bland at all. The homemade jam in it was amazing! The bread pudding was delicious as well, according to my partner. And my bagel with turkey on it was very good. I was so happy to have that option for breakfast.Dietary restrictions: There were many choices for gluten free and vegan.

Best coffee shop within a 200-mile radius! Maybe I'm biased because I'm local, but I've been to coffee shops all over and Clatter beats them all by quality of coffee, quality of food, quality of service, and friendliness. You know it if the owner plays the guitar when there's no music because the Internet's down (see pic).

Cute little coffee shop in a college town. The breakfast food was better than I expected.

Had a decaf americano. Eh, wanted to live it but it was sour. Didn't care for it. Also had a decaf oatmilk latte. Very good. Would get this again for sure. College type coffeehouse. Nice place to relax.

Came in for a quick bite to eat, we stopped in this town on a car cruise. This cafe was nice. Seemed to be very popular with the locals. I liked their specialty drink. I opted to get the pretzel because I was going to be walking. It was good and I liked the mustard sauce. I'd recommend stopping in if you have some time.

I have found brunch heaven. The free bagel sandwiches and coffee are to die for (and it’s hard to find a good gluten-free bagel because I’ve tried)! The eggs and caramelized onions on the sandwich were perfection. If you’re in the greater Frostburg area, find a way to visit this place!

My sister lives around the corner from Clatter so we always make a stop when in Frostburg. Great coffee, food and vibes. Dirty chai is to die for! Everything is fresh while maintaining the flavor, nothing is too sweet which I really like. This would be a great place to study or work if you need it. Always friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Of course I'll be back next time.
