Orders always incorrect. Seems to be a language barrier. Drinks made incorrectly..burnt food.

Have ordered here multiple times only to get there and be told they don't have some of the donuts that I ordered. Today they said they had no donuts. Won't bother going back at this point.

I have been here several times, and 2 times out of the several, i have paid with cash and not gotten my change back. granted it was only a few cents, but this is definitely a problem. There is probably a law where you have to give costumers their change back, unless they tell you to keep it. Also, the drinks here are nothing compared to Lavale, Dunkin. My drink is never mixed, the first drink is always a sip of straight syrup. It also never tastes good, or the way i prefer. This has happened to my friends multiple times, where the drink tasted un drinkable. I think the workers here need retrained by Lavale Dunkin workers, because they do everything perfectly everytime.

Bagels looked and tasted days old. I repeated my order six times. 2 large caramel iced coffee no sugar. A quad espresso hot.
Not one of the three people behind the counter understood what a hot espresso is! So apparently, they decided to make an executive decision. They were just gonna add it to the iced coffee. The parking lot was empty and we were the only people in the store. Businesses just stay robbing people of their hard earned money!

We received very delicious breakfast sandwiches and drinks but the donuts were stale and hard. They were pink with hearts which gave me Valentines day vibes but it's been a month.

Every time I get donuts in Frostburg or Lavale md they are always stale but when I’m in Florida at Roman’s beach there donuts are always fresh and delicious. It’s so upsetting

We my wife and I stopped in at this Dunkin Donuts and got half a dozen Donuts and when we got home I got a cup of coffee and a Donut and it was hard I'll never get any more Donuts at this place again sorry to say
