It's hard to review a place when they won't take you order. I've tried to order cakes 2 different times and both times, they said they were "booked for the week" lol! You're a bakery, it shouldn't be so hard to get a cake. If Martins can do it,I would think you can!

New ownership. The Lorenzo’s will be missed!! Doughnuts, bread, and cookies resemble how they used to be, but taste and texture was off and inconsistent. Little things…I wish the new owners the best, but disappointed.

Item had a staple in it. Employees acted like I was a liar when I reported it. Was promised a call back and never got one.EDIT: Just saw the "we take pride in our products" response. What a joke. Those that take pride in their products don't serve products with foreign, harmful objects in them and then treat the customer like a piece of trash for reporting it.

I was so incredibly pleased with the graduation cake I ordered for my daughter. Really gave no specifics how it was to be decorated except colors and asked they do a nice design for college graduation. Besides being absolutely beautiful, it was very delicious. Highly recommend!
