Very poor costumer service at the drive thru today I ask to have extra ice in a tea. There was not i as for more. Very bad attitude cashier I asked to see a manager she was even worse attitude. This restaurant needs checked out by corporate.

This mcdonalds is by far the WORST ive ever been to, and consistently messes things up. I used to love coming here, but as time goes on theyve gotten worse and worse. They forget sauces, straws, or even entire items from the order regularly. Was just there and ordered fries and actually got served in under a minute. I reached into my bag, and my fries arent even warm. Theyre cold and hard. Another time I ordered a mccrispy, and i can't eat pickles, so i ordered without. They put pickles on it, so I asked for a new one, and they walked away, and handed the same sandwich back, with pickles STILL on it. A few weeks ago i went, and waited 45 minuites for my 10 piece meal, and staff didnt ask me once what i waited on, despite making eye contact with me multiple times over the course of the time. Its problems every single time. The store is disorganized, customers are always in the lobby asking each other if theyve been served yet or whos turn it is, and through my long wait times, ive seen customers wait at the register for nearly 10 minutes before getting their order taken. Its unacceptable and the staff does not care.

Got delivery on the McDs app. Took 50 minutes to order my food. Didn't get my fries. Called to tell them. Said that my order didn't appear on there system. Told them that that was ridiculous. Lady got rude with me and hung up. Need fired who ever that was.

Sad that I refuse to order food at the drive thru because my orders are never correct. For the third time this month I ordered food at your location; today I put the order in via kiosk so I was positive the order went in exactly the way I wanted my food, However when I returned to work with my food it was not made correctly again. Come on McDonald's the food your making isnt that complicated,pay attention to your orders on your screen and get it right. Aggravating especially when Im spending money and my food still isnt right. If your in a hurry or on a time crunch your better off going somewhere else, it takes them 20 to 30 minutes to put a simple order out into the lobby area for thier customer, which again likely won't come out right anyways if your taking things off the sandwich or adding ingredients.

When I came Into the restaurant today I was disappointed in the lack of beverages with no drinks available, service took an extremely long time for non salted or crispy fries. To top it all off there were flies on my food. Overall a unsatisfactory experience.

I waited 8 minutes for a small fry and coke. The coke was flat. That about sums it up.
At speaker was told my order was confirmed to pull up for my food, after waiting 20mins in line just to get to a window I was then told my order isn’t here and wouldn’t say why they didn’t say anything at speaker than manger Sierra Curry decided to not let us speak and say to just leave her drive through without food that was paid for than slammed door in our face

McDonalds has slide off the mountain of fast food. The main ingredient in a Big Mac is lettuce. If the burger patties get smaller the rolls could be dipped in a beef broth and have a slice of cheese added. The French fries are not even what the once was. There is at time when a big order is made you can wait for a three to Five minutes.
