At speaker was told my order was confirmed to pull up for my food, after waiting 20mins in line just to get to a window I was then told my order isn’t here and wouldn’t say why they didn’t say anything at speaker than manger Sierra Curry decided to not let us speak and say to just leave her drive through without food that was paid for than slammed door in our face

McDonalds has slide off the mountain of fast food. The main ingredient in a Big Mac is lettuce. If the burger patties get smaller the rolls could be dipped in a beef broth and have a slice of cheese added. The French fries are not even what the once was. There is at time when a big order is made you can wait for a three to Five minutes.

It is a nice McDonald's but service was an issue. It was easily over 5 minutes before somebody would actually come to the counter to help.

Driving through to WVA. Almost raw quarter pounder served to me and not made how it was requested. Husbands double quarter pounder complexly raw inside, given refund. Fries great. Coke okay. Not busy in dining. Drive through constant but didn’t seen overwhelming and only a few door dash orders it seems. 7/29/25 @ apply 7:30pm.
Travel through this way frequently but will go to Sheets across the street instead of here.

Slow as hell when you order inside for pickup. They helped multiple drive thru orders while I waited in the lobby.

Employee was on the phone while customers were waiting in line. Then this employee states, she was off the clock. I believe this woman was the manager! Maybe, if you are off the clock, don't stand in customer's view on the phone! One man walked out without placing order.

SEVERELY understaffed. When it takes 10 minutes per car in the drive through, staffing needs looked at! I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for a mobile order.

As a consequence, cars were stuck in parking spots and ADA spaces were blocked from the excessive drive through line. Workers were stressed and handling more than typical job load.

If you're going to be going near a different McDonald's or fast food location, I'd suggest stopping there until this is figured out.

I can't even go into order without getting either cold food or My order completely screwed up I never get what I order and it's so easy how hard is it to make a mcdouble with just mayo and onion My fries are always cold My burger is always messed up or My whole order is not right I'm tired of it since the remodel it has completely went down hill

We stopped at McDonald’s to get a quick meal on our way home. This meal was anything but quick. We didn’t even get our food until my husband went up to inquire about why we hadn’t received it yet. We received our food peace meal, and nothing was hot. The nuggets were warm, the fries and burger were cold. The equipment in the back was beeping consistently; red lights to indicate that too much time had passed between the order being placed and the food being delivered.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the parking lot was well lit.
Perhaps they were short-staffed; I’m not sure what was going on, but it was kind of a hot mess. The employees also seemed stressed, and I heard some of them talking about how things were taking too long.
