The sushi was some of the best ive had in a long time. Wife loved it, place is small but it was fine. Only one person helping everyone but she did her best. Will come back to try other things.
We had a great dinner here after biking from Cumberland. It was open for dinner on a Sunday, so that was good. We ordered the combo salmon plate and the sushi sampler, both of which came with salad and miso soup. Everything was as good or better than I've had elsewhere. There were also several other groups and families there, so it seems pretty popular.
Loved the rolls here. Tempura was good- we got veggie, though I wish there was a bit more variety. It was still great but mostly just sweet potato. The gyoza was also amazing. Best part was that the prices were exceptional! I find it very hard in the US to find both tasty and non-expensive sushi and rolls. Shogun in the mountains of Maryland of all places did not disappoint!
