Came here tonight on our way to see family for Thanksgiving- ordered a bottle of their house wine listed at 18.99 but charged 39 dollars when check came with no explanation that they did not have that wine and so the waitress did not ask us about a change but charged us $20 more for a different bottle of wine without telling us she switched-? after complaining more than 3 times they finally took off the extra $20 charge- Watch out when you come here!!

Great lunch at The Toasted Goat w/A and B after riding the rails with Tracks and Yaks in Frostburg MD. Beautiful room/classic bar in the Hotel Gunter; extensive cocktail and bar menu (I had a classic rye Manhattan; others had a fig-based cocktail and excellent beers from their sister brewery, Route 40). Crab dip and great burgers while I had a quinoa bowl with roasted vegetables. We'd like to come back to explore more of the history of the building and area.

It’s in a really nice, spooky, old building. Good vibes. I have eaten here a few times and the food is very good, prices are fair. Servers have always been great too.

Super friendly bartender and server for lunch today! Probably one of the best black bean burgers I’ve EVER had! You can tell it’s house made and not some pre packaged patty. The goat cheese and roasted peppers were the perfect addition. Not a drinker, but like to have a fun mocktail with meals, super excited they had a few great mocktails to enjoy! Super clean and just a really great atmosphere!

A wholly underwhelming experience at Frostburg’s The Toasted Goat. Hummus served with an ice cream scoop and a few cents worth of vegetables. If you want dull this is the place.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely rich historical context. Food was great & everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Brianna was a great server and was incredibly kind. The cocktails and wine were very good, and I enjoyed my NY Strip!

The food is pretty good but I ordered Buffalo wings and there was barely any Buffalo sauce on them. Only 2 wings had sauce on them. I requested some more Buffalo sauce and received very little. Still not enough for all 11 wings. I do like the place, the food was good but the person in the kitchen needs to learn how to sauce the wings. I'd give it a 4 out of a 5.

Food is the best you can get in Frostburg. Abby is an amazing if you are lucky enough to get her when she is in. Local beer is not great, but other beer on tap to wet your whistle or whiskey as I fancy.

Food was good once it finally arrived. It took a long while to get food after order. But the food was pretty good and worth the price.

Second time there since first time was really good! First, the server only took a drink order from my partner - not a big deal, but still. I ordered a burger that came out such that I could have fashioned a pair of shoes - way overcooked and dry!

Good was great. Definitely would come here again.
The Shrimp and Grits was incredible, like a giant fried Mac and Cheese bite.
And the chicken was great.

Also. Nice bonus to have the parking in the rear.

Black bean burger tasted burnt, fries are floppy. Pollo loco - was delicious though!

This was a good Resturant to stop by after a long drive back home. It’s not far from Cumberland, and it’s between Morgantown & DC.
Everything on the menu was tempting.
The seared Ahi tuna was delicious but wish the portion was bigger.
The fish tacos were good, and we really enjoyed the spinach salad with berry dressing.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
It was really quiet during lunch!
Check out the hotel prison next door ?

Parking: There were a few spots open near restaurant. Free 2 hour parking.
