I went this place last year and ordered pancakes, egg and sausages. Everything was very well made and very tasty. I went this morning and order the same thing to go and a smoothie for my son and granddaughter. When we opened the box at home we found the pancake was at least half inch sick and there were lumps of dry flour (not mixed well). It was very bad and when we threw that into the garbage can it made a loud sound like a rock. I waited for about half an hour and got food we could not eat.

Not a place for good food. Maybe the Coffee is better. Our Omelettes were made from liquid egg, cold and flavorless. Toast was almost burnt, also cold with no butter. All was delivered on paper plates with plastic forks. My fork broke in two after my second bite of food. Our server never checked to see if our meal was satisfactory. The place was clean, charming decor, but, that's about all it had going for it. We won't return

While visiting our Son over Thanksgiving, we decided to try a local place for breakfast, since our Son sleeps later than we do.. This place is small, very clean and decorated very charming. BUT, as far as a place for food, it's a big NO. We both ordered Omelettes with toast. The Omelettes were made with liquid egg, extremely dry and cold. The toast was almost burnt, cold and served without butter. All was delivered on paper plates with plastic forks ( my fork broke in two at the second bite ). The server never checked to see if our meal was satisfactory. Maybe the Coffee served is better, but, certainly not a restaurant. Won't return.

I really liked this small coffee shop for a simple breakfast and some Black Rifle Coffee. I was moving my son into University Orchard and was looking for a quick bite..l searched for restaurants in Google Maps and bingo…10 minutes later ordering an omelette and drinking coffee ?

What a lovely spot. Definitely stop in if you get a chance! ARK staff are super friendly and accommodating! I was surprised when the staff stated they could make me a gluten free and dairy free pancake. They also asked if I were celiac and seemed to take extra precaution for the allergy! The food was great! Definitely worth the stop!
