This has to be the most consistent chipotle location I’ve been to. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, the bowls are always nicely portioned, the guac is always fresh and green, the chips are never stale. It’s rare for a fast food place to be this consistently good. Greatly appreciated

I don’t understand how this chipotle is so much better than every other one around here, but it is. The food is just better here - the steak is hands down cooked and seasoned better than any other chipotle I’ve been to. Wish they’d have this location train all of the others in Baltimore. And of course, the fact that the staff is so on their game helps, too.

We love all items at Chipotle and frequent this location since we live closeby. The service at this location has always been substandard and have been noticing that it is becoming more and more lousy with impatient, ill-mannered, ill-tempered staff - both at the food counter and at the cashier. What topped it off was during my last visit the young lady managed to scope most part of the oxidized, brown guacamole in both boxes I had ordered. My question to that lady: Would you serve yourself with that disgusting portion of guacamole? Question to Chipotle: Why does this location even have stale guacamole?
I may still come here, but prior to that, I would make all attempts to try to go to another location for better food and service.

This is our closest Chipotle but from now on we will make the trek to Columbia. The iced tea and frescas are always empty. The tables are never wiped down. The soda fountain and utensil area is a mess. Wish I took photos, total disaster. Can’t believe I tipped on this online order.

I've had consistently disappointing experiences with this location. The staff is often rude, with the workers usually teasing the customers. Plus, the portions are noticeably lacking. I always order online and specifically request extra corn and cheese, yet I barely receive even a standard amount, let alone extra. It’s frustrating to open my bowl and see maybe five pieces of chicken at most and a tiny scoop of toppings. It feels like they don’t take the time to do their jobs properly. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Even the Columbia Mall location serves noticeably fuller portions with better service.
