We love all items at Chipotle and frequent this location since we live closeby. The service at this location has always been substandard and have been noticing that it is becoming more and more lousy with impatient, ill-mannered, ill-tempered staff - both at the food counter and at the cashier. What topped it off was during my last visit the young lady managed to scope most part of the oxidized, brown guacamole in both boxes I had ordered. My question to that lady: Would you serve yourself with that disgusting portion of guacamole? Question to Chipotle: Why does this location even have stale guacamole?
I may still come here, but prior to that, I would make all attempts to try to go to another location for better food and service.

This is our closest Chipotle but from now on we will make the trek to Columbia. The iced tea and frescas are always empty. The tables are never wiped down. The soda fountain and utensil area is a mess. Wish I took photos, total disaster. Can’t believe I tipped on this online order.

I've had consistently disappointing experiences with this location. The staff is often rude, with the workers usually teasing the customers. Plus, the portions are noticeably lacking. I always order online and specifically request extra corn and cheese, yet I barely receive even a standard amount, let alone extra. It’s frustrating to open my bowl and see maybe five pieces of chicken at most and a tiny scoop of toppings. It feels like they don’t take the time to do their jobs properly. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Even the Columbia Mall location serves noticeably fuller portions with better service.

It's gotten better with handling online orders. They're attentive when I show up to pickup and ask my name. Food is average.

This location (Fulton) specifically is always a difficult choice. They charge more for the food and always put less of everything on your bowl or burrito. Tonight I asked for a normal amount of rice and the gal was visible upset. I got 3/4th of a scoop of steak and I asked for that to be corrected, I was told that I would have to pay for double meat. I love Chipotle but if I have the time, I drive to Laurel or Columbia.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHIPOTLE ❤️i live in columbia and this location consistency is immaculate. They always give me two vinaigrette sauces(AND MAKE THEM RIGHT UNLIKE OTHER LOCATIONS) and make the bowl clean. I’ve noticed that they used to give me tiny portions but today I had a nice full bowl as u can see in the picture! My only downside is they look like they’re dying inside but i really hope the district manager sees this and gives them a raise! I know when i come to this location my bowl is going to be delicious 😋thanks for ur hard work chipotle employees. My belly is very happy! Also look how clean my bowl is: (i eat it upside down)
