If you pay with card and they tell you to try again make sure they didn't charge you twice. I contacted customer support 3 times and each time they hung up or disconnected. Had to dispute with my credit card company

Food is heavily salted, more so than other chipotles. Front counter staff is very attentive. Anytime a new person walks in, the person at the register is checking someone out but also checking in with those picking up orders well. They have a dedicated station for pickup orders so its usually ready on time. 5 stars would be given but the food is consistently too salty.

This location is horrible! I don’t know how they manage to mess up everything from food to service to cleanliness but they do. The entire staff needs an attitude adjustment. Management should secret shop this location. The attitudes are always ready to be served even when the food isn’t. Terrible place!

I order off the Chipotle app all the no worrys. But tonight after work I order me sum. I open it the bowl is half full and its a dead fruit fly in my bowl. This is so nasty never ordering from this location again. Run me my refund!

The food was delicious as usual you can't really mess that up however the service could have been a little bit more pleasant the young lady behind the counter kept looking at me when I asked her for anything as if I was stealing something. I had asked for a salad dressing and was told they were out so when I asked for a few lemons the look I got was really uncomfortable

This location is in a very nice shopping center area. Everything is nice and clean. The service and food is standard for a chipotle and what you would expect. I got a tasty burrito bowl!

I'm a public servant on a meat based diet for health reasons and was just charged $20 for less than two spoons of meat. I have eaten here before and most of the staff is quite friendly, but other times... well, let's just say, it felt as if the monetary assault was premeditated by one employee in particular. Sad, because this occupation limits our options to feel safe and comfortable when choosing food on the go.

Very rude behaviour of the employee called Nancy, She asked me to pay extra for salsa for the chips I bought and even I requested for mild sauce at-least she told me to pay for that too.I have not seen any chipotle charging extra for sauces when we buy the chips.She is very arrogant and disrespectful toward me.Such type of behaviour will bring wrong impression to the whole chipotle chain. I am never going back to this Fulton chipotle location.Very disappointing and upsetting, I request the management to take necessary action towards such type of staff with this behaviour.And treat every customer equally without discrimination and teach the staff like Nancy on how to behave officially with the customers.

Some of the staff at this location need some serious attitude adjusting. The atmosphere is just so unpleasant. They’re rude and consistently spewing negative energy around. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that customers have to engage with and be subjected to such poor behavior, especially while being polite and respectful. Like damn, I’m just trying to pick up my food. The nasty attitudes and hostility for no reason is crazy. If you don’t like your job, find a new one !
