This franchise owner is the best. Great service, staff is very friendly, and they have Vietnamese Coffee in all their locations. My fav drink.
I like the default sweetness level of the tea here. Ben and Mary are really nice.

Im a bit mixed after my first time going today. There were 3 employees making drinks and no one tending to customers. Maybe that's how this location works? Having to use the kiosk was pretty cool but it did make me feel rushed becauseof line that forms. Its mostly clean besides a few wrappers left behind by customers (you should really clean up after ypurself as a customer) it seems clean behind counter, they have a nice music selection, Great tea selection, the
decor is pretty, free wifi. It took about 7 minutes to get my drink, i thought i saw my drink be put on the counter but the person didnt call my number, someone else did about a minute later. It seems some customers weren't happy with their drinks, but for me, it was worth the wait. The peach tea has the perfect sweetness and was very refreshing, will be back for more tea.

Went to Gong Cha Fulton, ordered Vietnamese Iced coffee, which was on the Menu, and the girl said that they dont make it there. They shouldn't have put it on the menu then. ?♀️ False advertising.

Absolutely worst service ever received in a bubble tea establishment. The worker rolled her eyes and acted brash when she made the error and was asked to correct it.

Love the menu here. Just be careful coming within 30 mins of closing they’ll be out of most teas and menu items

We are from Denver and we're just passing through. We've been going to Gong Cha in Singapore, Los Angeles, NYC, quite a bit in Denver, and now Baltimore. The milk tea here tasted more like Kung Fu, which seems to be made from a powder and was chalky, rather than the smooth and delicious milk tea of Gong Chas in other cities. It doesn't at all taste like typical Gong Cha. I hope it was simply an off day or a bad dose, but it wasn't up to standard. I hope it was a once-off for you all.

Everything is done through the kiosk, there is no human interaction. The boba has no taste, as if they didn’t soak in the sugar enough.

The boba tea tastes great and the service was equally great. I got my usual brown sugar boba. Anyways, I am no longer a fan of Starbucks since I found this place!
