Can't go wrong with gongs cha to fill your boba cravings. The Fulton location is similar to other gong cha's in the area but this one serves egg waffles. The boba was good, and prepared fast. The egg waffle took a little bit longer but it was worth the wait. I didn't get any additional toppings but it was still the right amount of sweetness. Loved the cute Christmas decorations they put up and the staff were helpful and courteous.

Never had a problem with the drinks, but don’t come in 30 minutes before they close or you’ll get dirty looks from

Everything is done through the kiosk, there is no human interaction. The boba has no taste, as if they didn’t soak in the sugar enough.

The boba tea tastes great and the service was equally great. I got my usual brown sugar boba. Anyways, I am no longer a fan of Starbucks since I found this place!

I bought 2 drinks and they didn't make them as they are, I decided to keep one and change the other and she didn't do it as it was, I asked her for my money back and she started arguing that if I didn't like it you can go because I won't give you the money back wow ...... never coming back to this place bad customer service

Staff is always kind, efficient and accommodating. If you're waiting a longer time here - be patient. The quality is different to what you're comparing it to and it's totally worth it.

Short version: This place is horrible and you will likely get sick if you go here. The quality is terrible and the workers have no idea how to do their job.Long version: The quality is inconsistent at this location. I usually like GangCha but whoever owns this location is either not hiring good workers or they just don’t train them properly. I ordered a slush with pudding and it was so watered down and had a horrible metallic taste like they used water from a broom closet mop bucket sink. They also filled half the cup with pudding and had to poor half of the slush in another cup. I couldn’t believe they still offered me the drink and didn’t just remake it? The workers also creepily laughed when they handed me the order which was unsettling. I also got very sick right after drinking some of the slush I ordered so be careful if you risk it and go here. This place either needs to get a new manager or just close permanently.

Me and my family have been regular customers ever since this business opened. Today we had one of the worst experiences today. We ordered normally, order came out not as expected ordered with milk but came just ginger with water. We asked to exchange for one with milk they gave us a horrid attitude and just added water with milk. Then, we said this is terrible and because of the two horrible drinks they made I asked for a different one as an exchange. They said it wasn’t possible although we’ve done it countless amount of times due to horrible makings of drinks. We said we’re not paying so both workers gave more attitudes and actually through a cloth at the kitchen counter and was huffing at us. Then he offered to pay which I found rude. Overall the Aditude and atmosphere was horrible. I am probably going to switch to kung fu tea or kokke tea as at least our family get respect. Lastly, if you want to keep your business at least get better employees not children who don’t have respect.

We frequently visit this establishment typically for drinks but on occasions we ask for the waffles. On our past four visits since March we've been told that the waffle maker is broken. That's an extremely long time for something that is on the menu. We're thinking it's pure laziness at this point and this will no longer be a top choice for an afternoon snack.

If you are familiar with milk tea and boba, Gong Cha definitely hits the craving for a nice staple milk tea. That being said there will always be other better places to go to, but for a Fulton location close to home I have been a repeat customer. Place is usually not too busy which means easy in and out convenience. Go grab some boba!

We don’t like to leave bad reviews but I just feel like the service here was unacceptable. We love bubble tea and drink it a lot. We ordered the strawberry matcha latte and it was completely undrinkable. My husband (who never complains about food and likes matcha a lot) tried to drink it but couldn’t. We couldn’t believe we weren’t comped that drink. It looked nothing like the picture and was clearly made incorrectly and the staff just debated us when we raised it. We had to pay for a replacement drink.

Super cute interior aesthetic! Out of the many Gong Chas I've been to, this one was absolutely adorable! Loved the items on the wall, compact plants, and the benches/seating! Quick service, nothing out of the ordinary~ Got my go to - matcha milk tea with peach jelly (they come in cute star shapes )! Would recommend 8/10!

Disappointed with my latest visit. I always get the same thing from here (Fulton location)… dirty brown sugar milk with pearls. 100% sugar, 70 ice… I love it! The reason for the 3 star review, today I found out they offered military discount, except for some reason I was told by the employee I needed an ID card and that my proof of service verification letter from the VA was not enough. It was the “store policy” and the employee would get in trouble if he gave me the discount without a military ID. I thought this was a bit ridiculous since not all veterans have ID cards… or maybe I’m just the exception. The store and manager should review their policy and accept all types of valid proof of service so that all veterans can get a discount.
