Had a reservation and when we got there they mentioned that they didn’t have our name on the list. Then at the end, they rushed us to get up while we were still sitting socializing and drinking so that they could give the table to someone else. We were paying customers and deserved to sit as long as we were buying items.

For 25 years, the Baltimore-Washington Conference Black Clergy Women have gathered to celebrate and fellowship for Christmas. Normally, we have done everything ourselves from set-up to food to decorations to clean up. However, this year, the Executive Team elected to celebrate at Lib's Grill, and that decision made our Christmas gathering all the merrier! We only needed to do was dress up, show up, and enjoy a fabulous fellowship meal. The food was fresh, delicious, and presented so well. The staff from start to finish was attentive and responsive to our logistical and dietary needs. The contracting process was smooth, and the culinary and management teams were stellar. Thanks to Leo, Kristin, Brandon, Kevin, and Tiffany for making our experience so positively memorable!

Lib’s was a great lunch date location! With wonderful service and a wide selection of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The Brussel Sprouts, Scallops, and Beet Salad were great starters followed up by the Shrimp and Grits and the Wagyu Skirt Streak were flavorful entrees and the Toffee Bread Pudding was an excellent finish!
The menu is good and the food is tasty. The steamed shrimp, shellfish (clams and mussels), and burgers are outstanding. And the fries are hand cut! I appreciate the minority management and staff which reflect the County. The service, though, leaves a bit to be desired. I usually have lunch in the afternoon at the bar and cringe when I see a certain bartender there, knowing I'm going to get substandard service. She stands at the back of the bar with her back facing customers (so you can't even get her attention), chatting with her co-workers. She doesn't check to see if your meal is okay, remove dirty dishes, or ask if you need anything else. Today I asked for water with no ice, I got ice, I ordered whiskey and water, got straight whiskey. There are good bartenders (Trevor being one), just not her. I'm a 30%+ tipper but it's a struggle when she's there.
