Hostess was couldn’t as people to move out of the walkway, so she, my wife and I had to walk around the entire section to get to our table. The seats were wet and we had to get a nearby busboy to come wipe up our seats before we could sit down. The place had basically emptied out, so while waiting for our waitress, my wife had to put earplugs in it was so loud in the place ( and we just came from the Ravens game so it isn’t like we aren’t used to loud venues!). Waitress Alans didn't show for 15 minutes, finally took our order, returned with our food, and never returned. We were dying of thirst, never returned to offer more drinks, will visiting the table across the aisle 3times! We could have walked out and no one would have stopped us, went to the hostess station to ask for the manager, Steve. Steve took his grand old time, nearly 10 minutes, and I imagine Alana got to him first, as he finally came to us, and acted like he couldn’t give a damn about us. After voicing our complaints, he went to get our check, had the waitress bring it back and after giving it to us, walked away with a snotty, “ Hope you get better service at another place!” I have never blanked a waiter/waitress before, but I did on this evening. I’ll never be back, and the manager didn’t care! Does anybody know who owns this place, I’d like to know if they give a hoot? The picture below is my wife with her earplugs in hoping we will eventually get some service.

Lia and Meagan were awesome. Came in on Sunday evening and they made the night so enjoyable. Jimmy was managing and ran the show perfectly. All star bar back is Bobby!! Makes a mean Bobby Bucket!! Great night.

My family loves it here for Happy Hour. The prices are just right and we can easily feed a family of 3 without breaking the budget. I really enjoy their HH drink selection, the wings, onion rings, burgers, wraps and the live music. Every server we have had is attentive and extra friendly. Looney’s is always consistent and tasty. Highly recommend 👍🏾
