Every time I go to this McDonald’s they mess up… Waited 10 minutes for fries and a drink inside and no one was there but me. Once it came out the sauces we paid for we weren’t in there. Waited for someone and nobody came so just left. 0/10

This McDonalds is always consistent. The French fries are always hot and the burgers are made the same no matter what time of day.

My food was gross
Whoever was taking orders on 10/22 at 9am you need a new job. My husband and I went to the drive thru to order and all my husband said “Hotcakes with Sausage” then the man interrupts my husband and said “Hotcakes only ok first window” FULL BLOWN CUTS OFF MY HUSBAND. We weren’t even done ordering. Looks like we going to CFA cause at least their service is better and they don’t cut you off while you’re ordering.

Kitchen is very slow at this location I am not sure if this is because of understaffing. 9 out of 10 times when you go through the drive through you will be parked to wait for your food. And the food can take 15-30 minutes at time ordering in the lobby to eat in.

Restaurant is clean but they're really slow and use those disgusting paper straws that dissolve in your drink. Also when they renovated they took the drink fountain out. This is a really sub par McDonald's.

This is the second time I have experienced poor customer service at this establishment, and I feel compelled to address the issue. I attempted to redeem my birthday reward for "any item of my choosing for free." I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and a large fry, assuming that the item with the lowest cost would be complimentary. To my surprise, I was informed that I could only receive a medium fry as my birthday gift, despite the fact that a medium fry is CONSISTENTLY offered for free on the app. I clarified to the cashier that the code was for my BIRTHDAY GIFT and that it stated any item of my choosing was supposed to be free, but she adamantly insisted that I could only have a medium fry. I was deeply disappointed that my BIRTHDAY GIFT WAS ESSENTIALLY RENDERED USELESS, as I could have easily obtained a medium fry for free on any other day. To further exacerbate the situation, I was charged 35 cents for a sweet & sour sauce, 50 cents for adding lettuce, and 90 cents for Big Mac sauce. In essence, my birthday gift was taken away, and I was subjected to additional charges totaling $1.75. This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied and resolute in my decision to never patronize this McDonald's location again. I will opt to travel to a different McDonald's in Columbia, even if it means going out of my way, to avoid the evident greed and poor customer service that characterize this establishment.

If you go to this location please double check your bag(s) before leaving. After having to pull to the side and wait for a while I got home to discover part of my order was missing yet again.

The worse McDonalds that I ever been. The drive thru 2 lanes is just a disaster! You have to be very lucky not to have 2 to 4 cars going in front of you while you wait for someone to take your order, and good luck getting the order right, and if you forgot something and want to add it to your order the very bad trained cashier will tell you that you have to go around and place another order. What a BS!

I ordered a pack of cookies from this place. They were cold and hard. They obviously weren’t fresh. I asked a team member to give me fresh cookies. I saw them literally microwave these cookies and try to hand them back to me. McDonald’s doesn’t cease to disappoint me.

This used to be a great location with friendly staff and the food was good considering it's mcdonalds. Once they renovated it just went down for me. This is after going there multiple times since the renovation and having the exact same experience each time... You RARELY see employees unless they're going outside or taking their break. If you need to see a cashier because the kiosk payment wasn't working, you tend to wait a while. Tonight 2 of us went to get food. His fries were soggy and sad. Mine were stale as were my nuggets. Even the frozen drink I got was watery... sure I know it's mcdonalds, ypu get what you pay for but it's so disappointing to see what was a decent place go bad :(
