This is my favorite McD to go to in the area. The servers are very courteous and helpful every time I go here. At other McD stores, it is often hit or miss. Sometimes, it's a guarantee miss but it's a convenience location. Sometimes, I'll go out of my way to go to this store.
This used to be a great location with friendly staff and the food was good considering it's mcdonalds. Once they renovated it just went down for me. This is after going there multiple times since the renovation and having the exact same experience each time... You RARELY see employees unless they're going outside or taking their break. If you need to see a cashier because the kiosk payment wasn't working, you tend to wait a while. Tonight 2 of us went to get food....
The food here is consistently good, but remodel of restaurant is a BIG downgrade. This location was remodeled a couple of months ago and it's a massive downgrade over the previous not-at-all "dated" design. EVERYTHING at this restaurant seems purposefully designed to discourage dine-in customers: seating is significantly less comfortable (and nearly all bolted-down so kids and people of shorter stature can't sit closer to the tables: the only movable seating...
