The food at Mike and Mel’s is absolutely delicious—pure comfort and flavor every single time! We’ve been coming here for about a year now, and whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or brunch, they never miss.
Our server Taylor was gracious, attentive, and made the experience even better. I had the half tuna fish sandwich paired with a bowl of tomato bisque, and it was chef’s kiss—perfectly satisfying and full of flavor.
And Lori… amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Her smile, warmth, and genuine kindness are a big reason my wife and I keep coming back again and again. She makes you feel like family the moment you walk in.

I went for the first time this morning and it was amazing. The food was excellent, the coffee was amazing and Lori was the sweetest person and made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend and will be back!

Food was good, no complaints there, however took about 25 mins for an egg sandwich and the guy who was bagging the food was very rude and made it seem like I was a real inconvenience !
This was my 2nd visit and an updated review. First review was 1 star…today’s was 4. I had corned beef on rye with cole slaw and russian dressing. Corned beef had really good flavor but was a little dry and tough, but still good. Big improvement. Fiance had Herbies sandwich with turkey, cheese, etc. it was huge and she said it was really good. Both had Dr Brown’s soda (alwaysgood) and got some rugelach to take home. (They were excellent). Our server was Lori and she was excellent. She gets 5 stars. More tender corned beef and they would get 5 stars. I didn’t care for the pickle bar (optional charge). Either provide some pickles with the meal or include the pickle bar. Either esy, I’m not paying for 1 or 2 pickles. Overall it was a nice lunch with excellent service. Still a little room for improvement to get to the best corned beef level. I’ll be back
