Worst customer service i have ever experienced that lady who supposed to hand the food to the customer Camila and other girl maybe her name was gracia or some they were some much involved in talking to each other I waited for 15 minutes to get my food while my food was sitting on counter when finally i asked is that my food Camila responded yes I called your name twice she was arrogant and rude i can't believe they can't find someone better to serve customers and they get back to each other and laughing: they won't be getting my business next time pathetic

Very disappointed. Terriblecustomer service. I ordered my bagels to take to England not only order was not prepared on time but they gave me things that I did not order. If they had given my order on time I would have changed my order to things that I wanted!!!! Never again would I recommend this panera

The food is mid and 7/10 times they will give us a completely different sandwich from the one we order. If I go down 216 to the Laurel location, the food just tastes better. I’m tired of spending money at this location when they clearly don’t care. Just don’t even bother

I had a lunch there, then I ordered to go lunch for my Mom, but for some reasons my to go order went to the wrong store in Laurel. Went to speak to the manager Mike he was rude and short with his demeanor, then i went back to my table to finish my salad when I realized my food was gone and table was cleared. I then went back to find out what happened when again this manager Mike look at me with unfriendly look. I just left the store disappointed! What a Poor service.

AVOID!

Astoundingly bad management. We walk in, the person in front has issues with their loyalty / reward / gift / whatever card. The inept cashier (the only one!) takes ten minutes to sort him out.

At 9 am on a Friday they are out of sesame bagels. Lady behind me leaves. The next customer says "This always happens. Why don't you bake more?" Cashier says "If we do, people will keep buying them." (By that logic shut down the place and be done!) She says "Use the app." No miss, we will not use your damn app!

Manager comes out, and is totally useless. (It's not as if I want a discount or a refund.) Lady behind us asks for his name, doesn't get answer. There is no way to leave feedback on Panera website.

HIRE MORE CASHIERS, but competent ones please.

The food is 'meh!' Get yourself to a Dunkin Donuts. I am never doing a Panera ever again! Yuck.

I ordered bread bowl of chili I got regular bowl I ordered cream cheese with my bagel I didn’t get it I am really disappointed I just checked my receipt and I did pay for both I will not come back again

What's the point of a drive thru if you're going to take 25 mins to serve my order. Terrible for the environment to idle the cars, mind as well get rid of it. I suggest going inside instead.
