Great service! The employees are friendly. I always order the pitaya bowls and peppermint patty smoothie. So good. Every time. While it is expensive, you’re paying for the ingredients and I find the price comparable to getting frozen yogurt. I prefer to bring my kids here for a slightly healthier treat rather than an ice cream shop for the same price and empty calories.

Terrible customer service & inconsistency taste. They stick to policies when it comes to money but clearly don’t utilize recipes. The manager watered down my smoothies after spilling it. This place just gives money hungry

So I’m assuming they’re now skimping on the amount of açaí they’re putting in bowls to cut costs. As a repeat customer for over 3 years, I expect my bowl to be filled to the top, especially paying extra for additional toppings. The latest bowl I received was unbelievably low. And, this is like the second or third issue I’ve had with this place and I’ve been extending grace everytime. Safe to say I will not be returning, and now have to find another fruit bowl business.

I want to say I love this place, because the first time I went it was amazing. But the last 3 times I have been here my acai bowl has been thin and practically juice-- even putting it in the freezer won't save it. It also seems like the portions are smaller, the cup isn't even filled anymore. Given that I am paying $15 a bowl, it's been disappointing. Everyone who works here is kind though.

Save yourself time and money by avoiding this business. I accidentally placed a smoothie order at the wrong location, and they refused to reimburse me or make it at the correct one. While I understand this is their ‘policy,’ both the staff and managers were extremely rude. I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and left to eat the cost. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be taking my business to Fruitful Juice Bar (Columbia) or Pure Green (Ellicott City) moving forward.

The drink is very goodand not too sweet. The price is reasonable. There are a lot of options here. The staff is nice.

the first time i went, i asked for an açaí bowl with strawberry banana and agave and specifically no granola. they put granola on it and i asked them to take it off and once i got the bowl back, it was basically water it was so much like liquid i had to drink it and at that point it was just nasty. second time i went they added coconut shavings and no agave. i do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Today I visited the Fulton location around 4:30pm I don’t think I’ll be going back. I walked in and the gentleman who took my order didn’t even greet me he came to the register with his headphones on and just stood there until I ordered my smoothie. I got the strawberries and cream smoothie…it was terrible. The consistency was more like a watered down milkshake, the was no real flavor, the dates were at the bottom of my cup in huge chunks, it just wasn’t right. I’m disappointed in the experience I had today I’ll just stick to the Owings mills location if I decide to go back.

Love this location and energy as soon as I walk in. What they offer across both locations is unique. I have not had a more fresh drink in this juicing market than I've had at sunset raw. Shanae has always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and makes sure you are getting the right mix of things for your needs. One time I had to double-back into the store to compliment Javon for mix he made...right balance of everything...changed my whole mood! I'm not in the area often, but when I am, I stock up on all of the pre-made combos to store for later. They certainly make eating healthy a pleasure!
