Had a great experience at Tutti Frutti! The lady working around 9pm on Monday was kind, friendly, and professional. She made everything smooth and welcoming. Really appreciate her excellent customer service—will definitely be coming back!

Most of the machines were not working. Customer service wasn't that great and it wasn't that clean. It a going down hill.

The lady was soooo nice my order was 20 but I had 15 so she give me the 5 dollar and she was so amazing always smiling 😀

ice cream does not taste good and tastes bad quality. there is def cross contamination. Location was unclean and low key over priced.

had such a great experience today! The lady(Chadia) who helped me was incredibly nice, patient, and very helpful. She took her time to guide me through the menu and helped me build my own ice cream exactly the way I wanted it. Her positive attitude and customer service made my visit so much better.
I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the amazing service!

Came here 10/31/25 7:50 PM got 2 different flavors in 2 different cups, got the chocolate flavor for myself and it immediately did not taste right at all… my partner then tasted it and said the same thing. I have been to multiple tutti frutti’s and my order is the same thing EVERY-TIME. The chocolate tasted watered down and SOUR, I did not get anything sour on my ice cream. we brought it back and wanted to exchange for a different flavor possibly, (An Indian guy - i will post his picture, he was possibly the owner) said no. Then we asked for a refund and he said no, he tasted it with a spoon straight from the machine and he said thats how chocolate is supposed to taste, that is NOT how chocolate is supposed to taste at all, I’m pregnant as well so I have no clue if there was something wrong with the ice cream or the machine. I could get sick. My partner then tasted it with a spoon and it tasted very off to him as well. It did not taste like ice cream AT ALL, so i am posting my review here, on TikTok, and posting the man who spoke to us in question. I plan on getting my money back because this is disgusting. Please do not take your business here, they are scammers.
