If you have a nut allergy, avoid this place entirely. The toppings are clearly cross-contaminated. We found a nut in the sprinkles. Thankfully, we noticed it before it became a medical emergency.
To make matters worse, the staff initially refused to give me $10 in change, claiming it was my problem that their register didn’t have enough cash. That is completely unacceptable.
When I got home and realized there was a nut in the sprinkles, I immediately tried to call, but no one answered. The lack of responsibility and complete disregard for basic customer service is shocking.
This place has seriously gone downhill. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be warning my friends and family about how disappointing and honestly frightening this experience was. Words can’t fully describe how upsetting it was.
Great place. Walked in here as a last minute decision and plan to go back. Staff was friendly and everything was delicious
The ice cream was better than expected. The place was very clean and spotless and the Moroccan employee was very helpful and lovely. 10/10 would recommend checking it out
Trash!! Never coming back!!!
Terrible customer service and all the “froyo” tastes the same !!!
Racist and rude, I came in the store and he kept policing me on how many samples I could get and made me feel so unwelcome to the point I didn’t get anything. I will never come back to this establishment again, disgusting behavior.
Bad costumer service and ice cream is bad
I recently visited this ice cream shop and had such a great experience that I had to share! The place itself is bright, clean, and filled with so many delicious flavors—it’s hard to choose just one (so I didn’t 😉).
What really made the visit special, though, was the amazing customer service. A young lady named Chadia helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with the kindest smile and was so patient while I looked through the menu. She gave the best flavor recommendations and even offered samples to help me decide.
You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about making people’s day just a little bit sweeter. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism really stood out. People like Chadia are rare to come across, and she definitely makes this ice cream shop feel extra special.
If you're in the area, I 100% recommend stopping by—and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Chadia, you’re in for a real treat
Nice friendly staff
Because I love fro yo, I can't express enough disappointment in this place. Not only was the place kinda grody and the employee super disinterested, but the actual fro yo was not appetizing. It tasted watered down rather than flavorful, and the consistency was icy rather than smooth and creamy. The only redeeming factor was the toppings. I've never come away from fro yo feeling like it was a waste of money, but I did here. :(

Who doesn’t love FroYo? I do!
Nice little spot in Maple Lawn with plenty of parking.
I’d love to say service with a smile but it wasn’t with a smile or much care at all.
They have a wide selection of flavors and toppings.
Definitely a little pricey but when you get that craving, it’s worth it.
Quite disappointed, lady did not care that none of the machines worked. The two that flavors I choose barely anything came out and I was stuck with 3 scoops of each flavor. Somehow the total came to $7.00…. Very disappointed will not be returning.
If one could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. The machines are never working correctly and the people (I.e. middle eastern lady and gentleman) who work there never care. The lady is always on her iPhone talking through her air pods. The gentleman is friendly and will always say hello and thank you. This evening the strawberry wasn’t working and was like a milk shake. The pineapple didn’t work either. After I told the lady, she goes “oh they were turned off”. So I went well how would I know that they were turned off. She looked at me as if I should know how the store runs and how the machines run. So I said I don’t work here so how would I know they were off. She was like yes. She then goes, you can get it now. Then I go, what should I do with the 3 cups that I have in hand because I was forced to get other flavors. She goes “ I don’t know”. Perhaps I was looking for her to say, oh just take those also and then get the flavor that you’d like.
This store has gone through 3 owners since I’ve been in this area, and frankly it’s all been downhill. No way I ever go back to this place because the people don’t care, the availability of yogurt flavors is low, the toppings are never full, etc., the tables are never clean. Just very sad.
Pricey, 2 small cost $20! The flavors have very little difference in flavor and worst of all...there was a hair in my ice cream from the toppings. I showed the owner and he denied there was a hair. Even after I pulled the hair off the boba topping, he denied the hair and shrugged his shoulders. Yuck! 🤮 never again. No wonder this place is always empty.
Tried 8 different yogurt flavors - they virtually all tasted almost the same except for strawberry and one other flavor.
