Applebee's Grill + Bar

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I placed a to-go order for my family, and the waitress’s attitude was disgusting from the start. She left out an entire steak we ordered, and when I pointed it out, she stormed off to the back, yelling loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear.

Later, I asked for a drink I had ordered but never received. She rolled her eyes, stormed off again, and started screaming in the back while her coworkers laughed. She returned with the drink, but by then I was genuinely concerned it had been tampered with.

I asked for the manager, hoping for some professionalism, but she came out laughing, tried to “check” me for being upset, and completely ignored the fact that her employee has zero customer service skills or basic etiquette. This place is a joke save your time, your money, and your patience. When I got home my 9 year old found 3 hair strands in his food. How disgusting? I will be calling cooperate.

I have one of the worse experiences my serve take so long even to get us drink we have to constantly ask for them the food they were not even sure what was the right order my serve was walking around but not caring about us we ordered dessert really bad mistake take so long that I even cancel the order because I wait around 20 minutes just for him to tell me will take just a couple more minutes I cancel the dessert and ask for my check even for that I have to wait another few minutes I ask for a drink when I place my dessert order I never get it manager were there just doing nothing talking to each other very unprofessional one of them was even drinking and making the other worker distracted I’m in the customer service industry and I understand that restaurant get busy but this was not even busy and they just didn’t care on do their job I will not go back there

Didn’t expect much out of this, haven’t been in over 10yrs due to the limited menu variety for my personal taste. My lemonade splitzer was juice tbh.
But truly no complaints, it was a compromised location for an elderly of mine:

Hadn't been to Applebee's in a bit kits because it isn't quite in our Neighborhood... We decided on the 2/$25 menu and was impressed with the artichoke and spinach appetizer as well as the Big Bangin' Burger! This was not a frozen hockey puck burger. The flavor was good, cooked to perfection and the fries were nice and fresh. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Tried it for the first time, not impressed. Server was not knowledgeable, my food was not very tasty and dry, overcooked. Lemonade was delicious. Definitely expected more, atmosphere was very old, nothing updated or modern. The manager on duty was very friendly and walked around helping.

Applebee's not many left in our area. They still serve a good appetizer combo. Cheap and plentiful alcoholic drink specials every day of the week.had the quesodia burger with fries the first set was cold the burger was delicious.wife had chicken and broccoli Alfredo.
The menu is a bit larger with new options.along with their classic items. Good Sunday dinner at Applebee's.

Do not order the ayce unless you have 3 hours to stay. Ridiculous. So slow and horrible service. Do not sit in booths at the bar level. Your waitress is also the bartender and they never check on you. Failure are so many levels.

I was previously excited about their all you can eat shrimp and chicken strips but frankly I just wasn't impressed with anything.
I will admit the service ended up being pretty good.

A lot places serve chicken strips and chicken nuggets, it seemed like one of those things that you just can't mess up but somehow Applebee's chicken strips did not taste good when I compare them to many other places! It was truly disappointing.
The shrimp were pretty decent, but you don't get very many so if you're hungry you'll have to do quite a few reorders.
If I want chicken strips, I'll just go to Chick-fil-A!

Service was absolutely horrible. Our server Sam, did not tend to our table at all. My experience would have been completely different if I had a different server. The food was great, table was very clean, atmosphere was ok (there were 3 people at the bar and 5 full tables) the only thing that made my experience bad was the server.

Server was rude and didn’t tend to our table, wasn’t busy at all so no reason to neglect paying customers. Nothing but nice to server but got eyerolls and shrugged off when asking for service. Ordered the all you could eat and only got 1 plate due to server neglect. Name was Sam for the server/bartender
