This is consistently the worst Arbys franchise that has ever been in operation. It’s happened on EVERY occasion I’ve ever been to this location that they will not give sauce even after asking. You have to literally ask 2-3 times for sauce. They don’t accept use of the Arby’s app (why??) and they play games about it, claiming it can only be used inside the restaurant and then when you go inside they still won’t accept it. The final straw was purchasing food at this establishment and still having to practically beg to use their restrooms, claiming it’s only for customers after I JUST bought food from them. If I was apart of corporate oversight I would be very concerned about this location as it’s ruining the brand.

The lady in the drive thru or the lady on the headset (SHES SPANISH) please get rid of her she was so nasty just like the food she served us ! Let’s advocate for better service and food with people’s hard earned money ! She hates her job you can tell !

The food was DISGUSTING and i was charged 30 dollars for the food that was suppose to cost 20 dollars and the food was not what I order and when I went to speak to an employee about this they told me to flip off and when I asked for a Manger they told me to get out.

One of the nicest Arby’s. The food is good and the staff is always nice. You can see they work hard and are always busy. The restaurant is always very clean especially for a fast food establishment.

I just moved to Gambrills and was trying to choose
Of many restaurants or fast food . I haven’t eaten your food in years I was happy to find you near my home . My experience was at the outside line the lady told ask me and as I was looking to my wallet to pay for my food she made a comment to her manager that Latina is looking through her credit cards then let her wait and laugh. She walked out of the window and attended the inside person but walked again to make another comment . I told her that I listened to what she told aand she said she wasn’t talking to me she was speaking to the front client inside of the place .I told her that was upsetting to me to make that comment was not nice and she took my card and was talking again about the incident that later I learned from the manager that was her manager she was talking to “if I waited for you have to then wait for me “. She displaced a don’t care attitude and thought I was upset at waiting no I was upset at her comment I told her that is unfair discrimination. I called the manager who admitted that she was talking to her about waiting and she proceeded to denied the comment. I told her I will never never come back to Arby’s . Really I felt undeserved and discriminated. At 72 it’s hard to hear the tone of voice on older adults and also the comment of being “a Latina “ the manager defended her by denying the comments made . The restaurant was not crowded . Her response go ahead and report me . No apologies just ignored and being disrespectful . The manager want to tell me she has a video well is not the interaction it’s the comment and attitude . I am looking through my purse my card and within seconds this worker was upset for nothing . It’s called pure discrimination age and race . Please the waiting wasn’t long but her comments were uncalled . I speak Spanish and English . I am a well educated person and y retired I am looking for the best places to eat since I not longer cook .

Clean restaurant and fast service. Sandwiches were plentiful.

I tried the new bacon ranch chicken fries it was cool. I love that they now offer the option to add horsey sauce etc but they didn't include it .I hate the consistency of this restaurant not following through the ticket order and putting in the bags what is on the order they dont make you pay extra for the sauce packets but there is a clear indication of how much and how many you like added to the receipt. I enjoy arbys food and will update once staff and management starts being consistent and having correct orders.
