i’ve been here before and never had a problem, but this time my sandwich tasted… old. and it smelled weird too. i barely ate half without vomiting. i’m really hoping i don’t get food poisoning from this. and they got my drink wrong too. will not be returning.

This is probably the greatest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Me and family rolled up to this location on a Sunday at around 12:30 PM. We walked in and found a table to sit at, looked at the menu to decide what we wanted, and ordered. The employees were exceptional. I got the brisket sandwich and was perfect. Other items my family got was the chicken cordon bleu and roast beef and the French dip. We all enjoyed our meals! And, plus, everything was correct. I’ve been to a lot of Arby’s and service is normally OK but this Arby’s was great. They deserved that ring of the bell! Will be stopping in again if in the area!! HIGHLY recommend!!

STEAK NUGGETS: These were OLD, DRIED OUT and REHEATED! Hard to chew and tasted horrible. The bowl had 5 small nuggets and I ordered extra when I saw the portion of MUSHarony (aka Macaroni and Cheese) & Cheese to the steak portion.
Money wasted. 1st time coming to this location since moving to the area and this is my last time. No more Arby’s!

Five minutes to have anyone come to the counter to take our order and then another fifteen minute wait for two meals!? Their focus was on the drive thru over customers standing in their restaurant. Heard multiple orders for the drive thru while we waited and those cars came and went while we just stood there. Then to use the restroom, you need a key!?

Normally I never have a bad thing to say about places I eat out at but this time was so different. The girl that helped me the first time and took my order was sweet as pie. She gave me my drink and order then I proceed to Burger King to pick up my son. When I got to the parking lot next door I noticed I was missing my fries and I had taken a sip of my Pepsi and it was aweful, it tasted like diet dr pepper. So I went right back to the drive thru order system and explained to them what happened. This time it was a different girl helping me and she just seemed like she was having a bad day and wanted to bring me down with her. She basically asked me again for the 3rd time what was wrong with my food then pretty much made me feel as though I was bothering her. I still hadn't been ablwn,

Nobody answered at speaker for minutes
Came in at 7:12 pm on 9/12/25 person working the drive thru told me to hold on because he was texting on his phone. We waited for a few mins in the front and saw he was also handling the food. We just walked out because no thank you Arby’s do better. I don’t know if he was alone but that’s on y’all if so.

This is consistently the worst Arbys franchise that has ever been in operation. It’s happened on EVERY occasion I’ve ever been to this location that they will not give sauce even after asking. You have to literally ask 2-3 times for sauce. They don’t accept use of the Arby’s app (why??) and they play games about it, claiming it can only be used inside the restaurant and then when you go inside they still won’t accept it. The final straw was purchasing food at this establishment and still having to practically beg to use their restrooms, claiming it’s only for customers after I JUST bought food from them. If I was apart of corporate oversight I would be very concerned about this location as it’s ruining the brand.

This is the Best Arby's Ive ever been to the people are so Nice the Cashier we super Nice and she gave me My food very fast and it was Delicious. I love your turnovers!!!
