Great. As are all Bonefish Grill locations. Came here for lunch with a buddy. Was nice and quiet. Had a nice chance for a good long catch-up and meal.The waitstaff was great. Very attentive. Constantly refilling our drinks. Asking if all was going well.The food, as always, is fantastic. The Bang Bang Shrimp starter is always a must-have. The meals were large.Overall a nice experience which is what I always expect and get at all of their locations. Will return!!!

I went for a late birthday lunch because I'd never been before. The food was underwhelming. We ordered calamari, which was just ok. My partner said they tasted off to him, like a clam. I ordered blackened fish tacos. The best part of that was the mango salsa. He ordered the stuffed cod and hated it, he didn't even want to take it home. Everything lacked flavor and seasonings. Not to mention our server who started out strong, disappeared, and left us sitting forever. We flagged down another server to ask her to come. They sent a new waiter who told us our server was too busy. I was totally disappointed in my overall experience.

I placed an uncomplicated online order, rainbow trout with imperial topping, rice and mashed potatoes. This has been a favorite meal of mine for several years, but I dont think I will order again. I definitely will not go to this bone fish location again. The fish was dry, the topping was too salty to eat, I received broccoli instead of rice. For a $30 meal it was beyond disappointing, as though they didnt care about what they served.

Horrible experience with food and service.Ordered delivery and called to make a correction to address on order. The request was not handled although I was assured that they would hold my meals. And update correct delivery address with the driver,The service was not delivered per my request. When I called to verify that the delivery person received my message. I was spoken to in a unconcerned tone and informed that the food was already picked up. Although I told the restaurant that the address needed to be corrected, I received a response with the attitude and tone of too bad.I was on the phone on hold for so long that I decided to drive to the Bone Fish Grill in the Waugh Chapel town center to inquire about the failed service delivery. I was told by the manager that it was nothing he could offer me. I had already paid gor 3 meals and they were not delivered.I feel that his response was unsatisfactory and indicative of the ooor service of the staff that don’t deliver.I took a chance to place the order again and paid for the full order- $72.00 and it was not worth it. When I arrived home- To open my food, it was skimpy and dried out fish, the asparagus was thin scarves and over cooked.the same as the broccoli- over cooked.I called the restaurant to speak with the same manager- who refused to show any concern about my dissatisfaction and horrible experience.You can best believe that there are too many options for good food and service today. I will NOT be returning to this establishment.I’m sure I’m not the first- and will not be the last victim.

As part of my celebration of my newly released book, my best friend invited me to have dinner at Bonefish. I am so glad we did. It provided us with the opportunity of meeting Levi, our host, for the evening. When he first approached our table to introduce himself, we automatically knew we were definitely in good hands. There are no words to adequately describe the service he provided to us. He truly made us feel we were right at home and a very important part of his own family. We asked for suggestions and I am so glad we did. His suggestions were right on target. We were Blessed to have a tasty meal, in a pleasant environment, received excellent customer service, with the greatest host ever. Thank you, Levi, for making our dining experience one of the best. The next time we dine out at Bone Fish, we will request our favorite host, Levi. Keep up the good work. Look forward to seeing you again real soon.
