Very disappointed. I rarely leave negative reviews. Ordered for delivery. I am missing 2 kids meal toys, an apple juice, havesies, and 3 LARGE FRIES. How does someone forget to put 3 LARGE FRIES into the bag. Ordered roughly about 9 pm. As a previous fast food manager myself, this is highly disappointing. Wanted to try the new spongebob meal on day 3 of it being out didnt receive anything for it to even look like a kids meal. No crown, no toy, nothing.
This isn't even the first order I've had thats had items missing. Figured Id give it another shot.

Really?? The chicken is smaller than the bun, forgetting fries and jalapeño poppers as well. There were only SIX ITEMS to put in the bag. Only four made it inside the bag.

Been sitting here waiting to take an order for 11 minutes. There are 3 cars behind me and 6 infront. This place can never get it together. Very low quality and very low sense of urgency. They will take orders from one side and not the other. They do not believe in respecting people’s time. I only came here because I had a 30 minute break and it’s wasted yet again!!!!!! What is happening with the management here! Zero stars

Perhaps the slowest BK I've ever been to. I only go here because my daughter wanted the chicken fries and it is where some of her after school activities are. The last 4 visits I averaged a 20 minute wait. I even ordered just after 6pm for a 6:15pm pick up in store, and still waited almost 20 minutes after I arrived before I had food. The chicken sandwiches weren't even the ones I ordered because they were marked with a label for no lettuce. While I was there, about 8 other customers had also been waiting 20-30 minutes themselves.

As a member of the service industry who KNOWS the pains of late night or “just before closing” orders, I hesitate to ever be that person. Tonight, however, all I wanted after a very long day was some Burger King fries and a whopper jr with cheese!

I drove through around 11:40p knowing they closed at midnight…and had the most EXCEPTIONAL service! Even more, there were the most positive attitudes from the two lovely people left working that I could see mopping, now cooking, and being so upbeat and kind to me even though I know all they wanted was to be on their way home as I was.

I wish I had gotten their names and will tomorrow. To whomever manages this store and all who may be like me and frequent it…I have been driving thru here for over 15 years, usually for ice cream cones. Tonight’s closing crew on Wed, Nov 19th was stellar. Top notch! Thank you for not letting your itch to just get out sacrifice any amount of service or quality.

Omgoodness this place is a complete nightmare . I can see why there is never a line in the drive-thru. I ordered a whopper and a frozen coke and my husband ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Thr whopper cold ,.thr burger was hard and so small. The frozen coke was halfway melted. So instead of giving my husband a double cheeseburger they gave him a cold , plain burger. This place is a mess. I will never go back and everyone else should get fast food from anywhere but here!

I got poisoned twice.

First time I felt dizzy after eating the burger, then stayed home for 2 days for feeling extremely nauseous and got so much pain in my stomach. I (stupidly) ignored it. Like okay something might have been not fresh, things happen, one single time is fine.
Today I was hungry and ordered a burger again, completely forgetting my previous experience. Guess what?? I’m feeling TERRIBLE.
Yes, I ordered it through Wolt from the same restaurant, and I cannot blame them. Same thing happened twice! And it’s cold, food can’t get spoiled during delivery this season.
I’ve never been to the restaurant myself and I have no idea in which conditions they make this food. But this should totally be investigated.

Ok ok so yes I gave this one a pretty bad rating…why? Oh here are my reason a or thoughts so you don’t make the same mistakes I did. (The random stocking was left here like I don’t know) ok so I’m June’s daughter just to say. So this is me and my brother’s experience at this place. So first the place was SO GROSS LIKE IM NOT KIDDING shavings,hair,footprints on the seats and TABLE,the windows look gross and honestly I would have rather ate in the car and that’s not even that clean! So that why a gave the atmosphere a ONE!! Now why I gave the food three so the food was really good but my brother’s food was WAYYYY smaller than usual… like not even the size of his palm/hand and he’s 14 years old um I think the burger should be a little bigger if I’m not lying. Also my brother’s food tried to get lemonade and what came out was COKE?! Also all I know about from my parents is something in my dad’s drink or the drink itself made him switch to WATER… But our food got here I guess fast or normal speed idk. Yeah… so this Burger King was pretty trash so maybe others are better? (Well I hope so) and also ngl I think we only came here since we had coupons so… don’t come here 😭😭😭

I ordered on the app. My phone said pick up thru drive because their was NO OPTION to choose to pick up in store. I literally had to wait almost 25 minutes for my food because the app said drive thru. I literally told the employees that. That shouldnt have made me wait as long as i did. It wasnt even busy.

Food is good but don't place large orders during the breakfast rush because there's only 1 person making the food. That means a lot of your order ends up in the warming tray so your sandwiches will taste like the paper wrapping.
