My experience at BK was hellaaaa mid, got served by some guy name Nemo, but shout to my boy Erick cooking up some bangers of a burger.

This fast food restaurant was good for fast food. We ate inside. I only had cheese sticks and a diet soda but my friend had a meal.

Food is good but don't place large orders during the breakfast rush because there's only 1 person making the food. That means a lot of your order ends up in the warming tray so your sandwiches will taste like the paper wrapping.

Staff was awesome. Service was quick and professional. Whopper was a little burnt but still, I'd rather a well done burger than something under cooked. Overall I can tell the kids that work here bust their asses and do a fine job. Highly recommended for a quick, tasty meal after a long day.

Was totally ignored for about 5 minutes to pick up my order. I was looked at by multiple employees and nobody said a word to me. Not even a “hey we will be with you shortly”! I work fast food too so I know how it is but to bluntly ignore a customer is outrageous. Would give a 0/5 if I could

Absolutely no respect. Will close massively early. This is not a late night spot. Could not even get my mobile order. They clearly had everything emptied and cleaned for the night. I don't can not state enough of how lazy this location is.

They don't fulfill orders correctly. So unless you're willing to open every item in your order to ensure that it is correct, go elsewhere.
Isn't it bad enough that prices are up? Do they have to short you on what you order?? What's worse is they put a little sticker on the wrapper that shows what the order should be. I guess they just don't care. So again, go elsewhere.

Food was horrible, got a whopper jr and the patty was burnt, there was no onion and the bread was too big for the patty The rodeo burger tasted funky also the chicken fries we’re disgusting

I wish I could say something positive about this Burger King location, but after multiple disappointing visits, it’s clear that there are serious issues that need attention. The food quality is consistently poor – cold fries, burgers that taste stale, and items that look nothing like what you’d expect from a fast-food chain. To make matters worse, the staff often seem inattentive or indifferent, leading to frequent order errors. Whether it’s missing items, the wrong drink, or a completely incorrect sandwich, I’ve encountered it all. They NEVER put the requested cheese on my burger and that’s extremely disappointing as I believe there’s an extra charge for cheese. Obviously I’m being robbed! It’s frustrating to leave the drive-thru and find out your order is messed up yet again. I won’t be coming back unless some major improvements are made.

Probably the longest I have ever had to wait to get food. This happened the last two times I’ve come to this location. Only one person ahead of me and waited to pay and get my food for over 10 minutes.

My husband arrived at 8am and waited 5 minutes in the drive thru. Then someone said through the speaker that they were closed. (No apology, no explanation; they’re supposed to open at 6am). My husband asked when they’d be open, but there was no response. He came back 30 minutes later and was told the same thing. Again, no explanation.. So he took off. Needless to say, we’re not thrilled with the customer service.
