Drive -thru experience on Thursday around 6:30. Quick service. Person that took my order couldn’t hear me. Not sure if it was the same girl that took payment at the window. If so, she might not have heard my order because she was talking to another employee the whole time while serving me at the window. But still pleasant. Food rating: The “sandwich” was a fish patty on a plain bun. Dassit. Added some condiments and lettuce at home. Sprite was just ok. Could’ve been more “spicy”. Fried meh. Feel unsatisfied.

This morning I had a terrible experience with Diamond here. He was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a breakfast burrito and had to deal with his nasty disgusting attitude. He also didn’t provide sauces or anything additional to the order

Wait long. Food good. Employees very polite. Establishment very clean. Paper towel-less bathroom, very eco friendly. Kiosk helps me avoid talking to people. 10/11 recommend. Do not trust other reviews.

I wish I can give you 0 stars. I should not be forced to use your kiosk. Your employee should not be able to wear Dallas cowboy apparel especially since it's not Football season. Not to mention she needs more training on etiquette. You just lost a sale and customer. Good luck. I got nothing because she wasn't willing to take my order. I spent nothing because she wasn't willing to take my order. She claims she was busy when no one at counter and no one at drive thru.

Was at the drive threw by my self no behind me but had to pull to the front door for fries. When getting to the door guy came out with fries that quick, nobody ever went through the drive threw behind me, could of waited there.Also they forgot the pie my wife ordered I paid for.

Employees of this Burger King are total attitude. I encountered four employees during this visit and all I got was attitude and disdain. Cashier ... I'm at counter approx 30-seconds with no employee at front. She walks around corner towards me and she says, "You ready to order?", with attitude. No 'hi'. No 'hello'. No 'welcome to Burger King!'Pass runner ... not calling out ticket numbers or names from self-checking, just sitting bags on counter and calling out what's in the bag. Five people collect orders and walk out; I'm standing there. After an approx 9-10 mins I step to counter, wave at the lady making the burgers and she says, "what?" The lady who called out orders comes around from other corner and says, "you need something?" I said, "yes, my order." She asked, "what did I order?" I showed her my receipt, she looked up at monitor, looked at me and said, "that other guy took your order." I replied with. "No, he only took what you gave him." She replied, "I didn't give him anything just sat the bag on the counter."I asked for manager, she arrived with a "yes", meaning 'what do you want' so I made my complaint, she completed the order, and off I went. It's been abt 5 or more years since I've stopped here. Mainly as I don't do a lot of fast food. Guess it'll be another 5 or more years before I stop here again ...

Placed a mobile order through the app. Although the drive-thru wait was a little lengthy, food came out piping hot and incredibly fresh! Meal was delicious, all items were correct, and was met with excellent customer service from the employee at the window.
