Not impressed. Large Angus burgers were not available when we went there, although smaller were. They were available cooked well done-what? No choice? That kind of indicates to me that they may be preformed and all cooked the same. Finally, I didn't find them particularly flavorful. I'm only giving 2 stars for the sweet potato fries which were very good.

Clean new place with a comfortable interior and various seating options. Staff was friendly and courteous and didn't rush me given it was my first visit. My burger and fries arrived fresh and hot. Everything was good, and the fries had a certain understated quality that had me finish every last one. Nothing bad to say about the burger, but it was not special for the price. Bathroom was clean, another plus.

Have really liked thus place before tonight. Ordered a lamb burger and sweet potatoes fries. God home with a warmed chicken sandwich and my fried were half French fries. Don't know who thinks this is acceptable.Check #58 ordered 6:14 pm

Not your average burger spot. Makes five guys look like the dollar menu at McDonald's.Burgers and wings are outstanding. Everything that I have eaten here is top shelf and with the added plus of a bar you can't go wrong at this place.The service and attention to the customer just rockets this restaurant too a whole new dining experience. The staff and owner are great. Owner came and greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was home. Try this place you won't regret it

My friend and I were craving burgers and looking to try a new place in Crofton. BurgerIM did not disappoint! She got a burger, I got the grilled chicken, and I ordered up a spicy chicken for my husband. They put everything on the side for the spicy sandwich for my him to eat after work. Everything was super delicious! My hubby said his food was just as good even after warming it up. The customer service was outstanding! We cannot wait to go back for 88 cent wing night on Wednesdays :)

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Hawaiian salmon burger and onions rings and it was sooooo good.The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and food came out fairly quick.We’re excited to go back to try other things. Highly recommend!

I love their fries, they're not soggy like other restaurants. Instead they are the right amount of crispy. Burgers here are amazingly delicious. The house sauce compliments the flavor of the sandwich without taking away from the beef. BurgerIM has become a regular for my family.

I had a great first experience. I've passed this restaurant many times and finally tried it. Wish I had tried sooner. Great food and quick service. The owner was even very cordial. I had the salmon burger. Definite hit. I'll be back soon.

The staff, food, drinks and atmosphere is amazing. I had the pleasure of hosting a private event here for my Birthday and it was the absolute best. My guests really enjoyed themselves, so thank you again Aaron and your wonderful staff for making my Birthday party a success.

Decent place to eat, loudish music, interesting menu, and very friendly staff. Seems to have some issues with staffing due to shortages right now but management is going above and beyond to try and rectify the problems. Give this place a shot for sure!If I had to give a critique it would be that the wings have ALOT of breading and think they would have better luck with fresh or naked wings.Over all, I will be returning.

I place my orders for pick-up and I have not been disappointed; always friendly customer service when I visit. I have had the pleasure to speak with the GM, Aaron twice (once in person and once by phone). He has been welcoming and open to any feedback as well as open and honest regarding the pandemic challenges. I use them for picnics, game-time, and when I'm just craving a great burger or chicken. Other burger joints do not compare to Burger IM, if you're looking for something different that taste great!

This is a great cheap and cheerful place. My husband had the lamb burger and said it had great flavor. Food is cooked fresh and comes out fast. Could use a bit more comfortable chairs. But loved the burgers.

Staff very helpful and nice. Very clean. The food taste great but the price was a little steep for the size of the burger. Will visit again if I have a good coupon.

I am very picky about my food and I’m a dining out connoisseur. All I can say is the food was very delicious!! Owner and staff very friendly. I ordered the Turkey burger, side of sweet potato fries/onion ring combo and topped it w/ a vanilla shake. I will def return. Thank you for the food & drink experience.

This seems to be a cross between a bar and fast food place. A nice variety of burgers and sides at slightly higher than fast food prices . The staff is really trying but it will be an uphill struggle against a poor location and no drive thru window. The high ceiling, harsh lighting , spartan furnishings and over loud music don’t make it a place where I would want to hang out and have a beer. Most people seemed to just be sitting and waiting for their takeout orders. I hope they make it but some adjustments need to be made.
