I will not patronize this location. They posted a sign banning door dash and delivery drivers from using the restroom. When I am picking up an order for your customer I am working as a proxy for the customer. Essentially I am working on behalf of your paying customer. Unnecessary!
First time eating a sub from Capriottis. Service was by the young man was less than subpar . Was not asked what toppings , drink or extras. Paid $18.31 for a sub , bottle of water and bag of chips . Extremely disappointed by the service and the meal.
I ordered three medium sandwiches and when I picked up the order was told it was $52 (no chips or drinks). I said no, how could that be if cost of sandwiches are cheaper. Well the person at counter told us that they incorrectly made one of them large and since they were already made them we had to get them. On top of that then they added mistakenly a $35.00 delivery for something we were picking up for a total of $87.33 . I ended up getting them, (less the delivery fee),...read full review
