I would’ve given this establishment zero stars if I could, but I had a single decent experience out of the three times. The customer service was absolutely terrible the last time I went. The cashier acted like he couldn’t be bothered to take my order. When my food finally came, it wasn’t what I ordered and they put an obnoxious amount of black pepper. This will probably be my last time spending money at this location.

Our family's favorite sandwich shop! IMHO the Bobbie is the best turkey sandwich available at any shop. The cheese steaks are very good, in the NY style, there is even an impossible meat version for the vegetarians.

I had heard so many good things about their subs and of course the ads looked so appetizing in the pictures...so I ordered a steak and cheese and Italian sub to be delivered...the steak and cheese was absolutely the worst steak and cheese I had ever ordered...dry, steak was tough absolutely no flavor, ordered with lettuce tomato and fried onions...wasn't on it at all...the Italian sub was sub par...very, very oily..to be fair the meat was tasty but the condiments were sparse, too much lettuce...the tomato slices were so paper thin you couldn't even see there was tomato on the sub...I've tried and won't order again will stick with my go to place Frank and Luke's for their subs...

I have recommend this place in the past. I no longer will. Last few visits there appeared to be new trainees learning how to make subs. I'll let that slide...
However, when I was denied access to the restroom by the manager...I could not receive the code until I completed my order!!! I will never come back!
Upon receiving me order, my fries were ¾ full and cold. I take them back and request a full cup of hot fries...please. The trainees proceeds to dump them in with fresh fries until being rescued by the manager!
Again, I'll excuse the issues with service and food. But, denial to use the restroom until I confirm that I'm a legitimate customer? I drove out of my way to get here!

Very friendly staff. Food was outstanding. Have ordered catering twice so far and the shop was able to fulfill both our large orders with very little notice. Highly recommend the wagyu subs. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered this place from DoorDash - they advertised Beyond Meat. This was the smallest, worst sandwich I have ever had. They charged $20 with it. I complained to Doordarsh, it was just lettuce and tomato. Their French Fries were huge but bad. This was the worst sandwich I've had in the USA. Do not get this food. They will go out of business sooner than later.
My husband and I wanted a hero, so we found this spot 5 min away from our house. we're from NY ND really missed the convenience of a hero sandwich at the Bodega. THEY DID NOT disappoint!!! we brought 4 heros (subs), which was a little pricey @$77 cost, but they loaded the meat on the chicken parm. It was so good the pastrami with the coleslaw omg sooooo good. We came an hour before closing, and the manager made our food. With love, they didn't skim on the meat, ND they were polite. They make the food fresh on the grill with fries .we will definitely be back.
