Service and portions were great!

They gave us half of a large fry and half of a large soup. I feel like I’m being Pranked with the half portions of side orders. It doesn’t seem to make sense.

This place is hit or miss and it’s a MISS for me.

The grilled Italian here is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever have, which is quite impressive for a chain. Since Capriottis is gone from my hometown, it was nice to get to enjoy one while on the road. Store was also clean and staff was affable. Highly recommend a visit or a stop!

Restaurant very clean and the staff was friendly. Jennifer came out to check on us as we dined in to see if everything was to our liking. Will return!

Oh my goodness! The food was absolutely delicious, but the most remarkable aspect was the exceptional lady at the register. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel like we were old friends. It was as if I were coming to her house to enjoy a meal. Kudos to the entire team at Gambrills MD location on JUN 7th 2025 around 1:21 pm.

I love the creative menu and the cashier was absolutely phenomenal!!! I will say, I was caught a tiny off guard by the prices but realized that if you get a large 18” and share halves, then that’s where the value pops up! Normally a “regular” sized sandwich with chips and drinks will come to about $20 per person which is a bit high even considering the unique menus with its good quality ingredients. If you get the large size and eat half and save or share the other half, it’ll come out to about $14 per person which is fairly reasonable. But yea the ambiance was really great, fun menus, A LOT of meat on the sandwich despite the bad reviews saying they don’t do a lot of meat, and seasoned well 👍👍 would recommend

I would’ve given this establishment zero stars if I could, but I had a single decent experience out of the three times. The customer service was absolutely terrible the last time I went. The cashier acted like he couldn’t be bothered to take my order. When my food finally came, it wasn’t what I ordered and they put an obnoxious amount of black pepper. This will probably be my last time spending money at this location.

The sandwich was awesome. The fries were a cross between chips and fries.

Our family's favorite sandwich shop! IMHO the Bobbie is the best turkey sandwich available at any shop. The cheese steaks are very good, in the NY style, there is even an impossible meat version for the vegetarians.

I had heard so many good things about their subs and of course the ads looked so appetizing in the pictures...so I ordered a steak and cheese and Italian sub to be delivered...the steak and cheese was absolutely the worst steak and cheese I had ever ordered...dry, steak was tough absolutely no flavor, ordered with lettuce tomato and fried onions...wasn't on it at all...the Italian sub was sub par...very, very oily..to be fair the meat was tasty but the condiments were sparse, too much lettuce...the tomato slices were so paper thin you couldn't even see there was tomato on the sub...I've tried and won't order again will stick with my go to place Frank and Luke's for their subs...
