I truly enjoy CAVA and the unique flavors they bring to the table. However, I believe there’s room for improvement on how employees are trained on food safety and handling practices.
Consistency, freshness, and attention to detail are key to creating a great dining experience. With stronger training and oversight, CAVA can continue to grow as a trusted brand that customers love and return to.

After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.

The GM Joe hired my wife on June 20th.first day of work June 21. JOE didn’t in the system so he told her go home he would pay her for 4 hr to look for email. He never reply again straight ghosted her.

I visited the new Cava in Palm Harbor tonight, which I’ve done a few times now and haven’t had any major issues other than long wait times for meals. It’s a busy, new location so I’m more than understanding of this and not usually one to complain but tonight really did it for me. I just paid 15 dollars for a bowl that was ice cold, not to mention not even filled up all the way, and with rock hard rice at the bottom that was clearly not cooked properly. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, there was clearly a lack of care and attention when handling my order this evening and coming from someone who loves Cava and visits frequently, this location will not be seeing me again. I really hope the staff at this restaurant are able to get it right for other guests like myself because this is just unacceptable.

Just ran into a dear friend I haven’t seen in years—we were so excited and decided to grab lunch at the new CAVA location that just opened nearby at Saginaw. We both love CAVA, and this spot was perfect! Parker was super helpful and quick, and the service was amazing. The place is fresh, welcoming, and the food—wow! I had honey chicken with hummus, tzatziki, and their amazing dressing. So good! Highly recommend stopping by to savor these Mediterranean flavors.

This is for Cava Baybrook in Webster, Texas.
My daughter loves Cava and wanted to treat her sister and I to lunch. We ordered our food and as my daughter is paying I see the woman next to the cashier grab a piece of hair in my food quickly and throw it on the floor. They look at each other when they see I’m watching them. I say to them “I saw that” and the woman who removed the hair shook her head. My daughter asked what was going on and I told her, then I said they were going to serve that to me. Disgusting!! I told my daughter to have them remove my meal and just pay for the other 2.
I wonder if this is how they’re trained to handle food related issues or just their own choice to do so. We won’t be dining here again.

Cava Alliance Town Center. Y’all delivered soggy food and no sauces! The manager had no solution since they were closing at 8pm. The meals and the money went to trash. Definitely not recommended and please change your manager or give her some basic customer service courses. :)
