The first time I had Cava was 2 weeks ago and the steak was great. Today the steak was nothing but gristle and not edible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't chew it. The steak had no seasoning. It was horrible. I wasted my money. I drove 2 hours because we don't have one in our town. Plus the young man making my Steak and Feta Pita was incredibly rude. Definitely won't be back.

After spending just under $20.00 for the Spicy lamb and sweet potatoes, I must say how disappointed I am with only receiving 2 pieces of lamb about one inch square.. And the black lentils were hard and completely under cooked. But the sweet potatoes were good. Needless to say I won't be spending anymore money at CAVA.

I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I went to the Waugh Chapel Cava location tonight and it was spotless clean, the staff were wonderful and very friendly. This is my favorite location and everyone is always so kind and professional. Tonight Frederick, Catherine and Marian helped me and they were all wonderful. I would 10/10 recommend this Cava!
This Cava is phenomenal! The customers and staff are very understanding and flexible. I made a mistake on my order and they were very understanding and allowed me to make an adjustment. Great people overall and the food is really. My favorite location by far!
