Wow, this location has gone down hill over the years. This used to be a stellar location but clearly that has changed. Today I ordered 3 Chick-Fil-A sandwich meals. I bit into one of the sandwiches and got a mouth full of two very long black hair strands. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Normally, I let things slide but this is just one of several disgusting experiences at this location. On another occasion, I ordered a bag of ice. To my total disgust there were multiple pieces of mold throughout the ice. I guess we know they aren't doing a great job of keeping up with the cleaning standards. There's more instances of cleanliness issues, but I've excused them as infrequent and minor in the grand scheme of things. But with all of this combined in ONE year, at this point, I have half a mind to call a health inspector.

I have not experienced this before at a Chic-fil-A. I was completely ignored by the staff for over five minutes while they played with some empty plastic jugs behind the counter. It was not busy, they were simply memorized by turning the jugs over with some viscous colored liquid inside them.
I know the owners have to spend more time in the stores than other fast food places, I think that is why this chain is one of the best. This apparently was not one of those days.
I left and went to Raising Caines down the street.
