I have not experienced this before at a Chic-fil-A. I was completely ignored by the staff for over five minutes while they played with some empty plastic jugs behind the counter. It was not busy, they were simply memorized by turning the jugs over with some viscous colored liquid inside them.
I know the owners have to spend more time in the stores than other fast food places, I think that is why this chain is one of the best. This apparently was not one of those days.
I left and went to Raising Caines down the street.

Great service, ordered six meals through the app for pick up within 30 minutes everything was ready to go in packaged up nicely. I forgot my two bags of ice because I was moving too quickly and they followed up immediately by phone, I didn't want to turn around so I told him don't worry about it. Manager was so nice, credited me every word on the app. Great customer service

I order large fries and got few fries on the box I hate , when I order and pay for large I should get large .
When my husband and I were turning on right on to piney orchard, it was a red light, a chick- fl- a deliver car that was behind, number 12. Beeped at us 4 times out of impatient. And speeding after we made the turn. A manager needs to give a talking to the guy or girl driver. Cause your impatient behavior and speeding could get someone hurt or killed. Do better driver. This happened on March 24, 2025. This evening at 8:25 pm.

Short-changed me on a delivery. Didn’t give me 1 of my entrees or my sauces. I’m never ordering delivery from them again. My tip, delivery fee were wasted. It took 40 minutes to deliver something 3.5 miles. Missing in the pictures are the sauces or chicken tenders which I ordered.

Tall, American guy named Scott at the drive through is so racist. Had the worst Chick Fil A experience ever. Felt like I was at a McDonald. Wouldn’t even say hi, told him my order and it’s as if I was talking to the post. But the next car after me was a white person and he was so nice to them. Greeting them as soon as they pulled up. RIDICULOUS.
