Clean, great food as always. Service is good, but not the same standard of excellent customer service as most Chick-Fil-A's. But all in all, the service is significantly better than the other fast-food chains nearby, so I still rate it as a 5/5!

The absolute best location ever!I placed an order for pick up and I work literally next-door to the location; Unfortunately I couldn't go when I thought I was going to be able to go and pick up my food. I called in and I asked if it was possible to have my food delivered and if so, can they just charge me for the delivery.Not only did I not have to pay a fee. Someone was kind enough to walk over in this cold weather and bring me my food.I truly appreciated the service I received today from this location!I wish I could have got his name to put in this review!Thank you so much ?
I just want to give recognition to Garrett. He was quick, efficient, and very sweet. A simple “enjoy your holiday” was exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much Garrett for being the extra light I needed before heading home.

Over heard a manager tell an employee to go "rapido muy importante" and then step to the side and told another employee he couldn't tell if the employee he had just told to speed up was stupid or slow.. just mean in general but really threw me off in a chickfia. Y'all employees should never be called stupid.The rest of the experience was great but that manager tonight at 8:15 needs some training.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I ordered my usual Friday post-karate meal for my son and me, only to find out they had left out one of our sandwiches when I got home. I decided to address the issue during my next visit, and a week later, I did just that. To my surprise, the manager informed me that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. This was quite disheartening, especially since I had always associated Chick-fil-A with impeccable customer service.
