I typically love Chick-fil-A for the cleanliness and most of all the customer service. If my daughter is going to eat out, this is my preferred place to go. I love the way they greet you and are poised to help you get through what may be a long stressful day with a smile. Unfortunately, I went into the location for the first time in a long time and was not greeted the same. The young lady messed up my order which I noticed when I got my receipt and had to go back to order the additional fry. She was very nonchalant about not getting the order correct - not the customer service I am used to a Chick-fil-A. Then while I was waiting for the fries to hurry back home, there was a group of younger staff members (young ladies) laughing and having a great time all while I am waiting and looking on, almost in disbelief. Had I entered Chick-fil-A?!?! It was obvious not only to me, because at some point the Manager then came around and said something to them light heartedly about breaking them up. I am all for having fun at work however, I think staff and management should be mindful when customers are around and waiting. This is the reason I go to Chick-fil-A, let's keep it up the excellent customer service, quick service and smiles.

I just went to o say that employee Joe who was taking orders outside has superior customer service....it was so noticed that even someone who I was on the phone with, while I was giving my order said...who ever that was, was made for customer service!! Keep up the great work Joe 😊

I placed a mobile order today and mistakenly thought I had ordered Polynesian sauce instead of Chick-fil-A sauce. When I went inside and explained, the employee asked for my name, printed out my order, and pointed out that I had ordered Chick-fil-A sauce. I told him it was my mistake, but I just wanted Polynesian sauce instead. He finally gave it to me—with a smirk on his face. Honestly, that felt very un-Chick-fil-A-like.

Another thing I’ve noticed at this location: they don’t put out sauces anymore. After three packets, they make you buy the small bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce.

Instead of being petty, he could have just given me the Polynesian sauce. I guess he’s a former McDonald’s employee who doesn’t understand the Chick-fil-A way of customer service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with a mobile order today. I was unaware the curbside pickup was in a different location and was told to use the drive-thru. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over ten minutes, I was then told I couldn't get my meal there and had to go to curbside pickup. The employee was extremely rude throughout the interaction. The process was inefficient and the customer service was unacceptable. I went inside and my food was freezing. I will not be returning
