At first this was going to be a bad review. I placed my order at the counter (planning to eat in) chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. When I got my food and sat down, I realized I had fries instead. A very nice lady (Gail) asked how everything was and I explained the mix up. I walked up to see what was happening and a young lady (manager) said give back the fries and we will give you the Mac and Cheese. This is VERY poor customer service. I declined her offer. Gail intervened and brought me my Mac and cheese whis is what the manager should have done in the first place

I have never experienced such a thing at the chick fil a in Waugh Chapel. Racism, discrimination, Disrespect, humiliation, all at once. The employeeâs name is Tessa. Very aggressive, very rude, very RACIST. I'm done with this chick fil a never going back. The camera footage will show you all the evidence of how I got treated. 5/2/25 10pm.

I donât usually like to complain about my food, but today when I received my ice cream come, the young lady who handed it to me had her fingers touching all over the cone part of my ice cream like I said I donât usually like to complain, but itâs evident that the cone is going to get eaten so instead of touching the part of the food that is exposed touched a part of the food that is covered thatâs common courtesy I ended up not eating my cone because I didnât feel comfortable with their germs on my food That is exactly why there is a paper at the bottom of the cone unfortunately, this one employee didnât get that memo
