The most stingiest company establishment ever that little Asian lady in the food line near the rice was moving too fast and put too much chicken in my bowl off the assumption I wanted just chicken and I said half and half chicken and steak she then proceeded to tell me she put too much chicken. So now I can’t order steak….i said you know what just pick the extra 4 pieces of chicken out my bowl and she proceeded to do so counting each individual piece .crazy you guys should go check how many ice cubes each patron is using or each napkin

Warning. Ate Chipotle yesterday at this location and within 6 hours after eating dinner here. I ended up getting food poisoning. Wife had Qdoba and so did my daughter. I was the only one that had their chipotle burrito with steak. Be wary.

This Chipotle is always disgusting. You walk in and there's food all over the floor. Tables are filled with old food and trash. Trash cans are so high you cannot even discard your trash. The area with silverware is nasty and not even stocked. We paid $36 for two meals. This place could at least be clean for such an expensive meal. Do better!

I went to this Chipotle location at 10:30pm and they locked up early and would not let me in. The hours state 11pm for closing. I witnessed them ignore another person trying to get in and was laughing at the person. This is utterly ridiculous!! This is considered false advertisement of hours!

I order salads thru doordash and never get my vinegarettes the last 3 times. Also my last order didn't include queso or sour cream that was selected.

When asked about Veterans Day deals they said “we don’t do that here” contrary to what is advertised online. Drinks were all terrible and out of order and restaurant was dirty. Failed to give salad dressing as well.

My husband and I went in around 8:50pm. They were playing the music so loud in the back. When did they start doing this? Playing loud Spanish music like they are in a bar! And the rude aggressive Spanish lady is still there. She still doesn’t have a hair net on her long hair. Trying to rush us through the line. Last time we came in I had to say something to her about her attitude. The dining room floor had trash all sprawled out on it and a lady wiping down the counter while we are standing in line. This place has seriously gone to the dogs! Oh and let’s not forget the guy at the register who needs to wear a net on his long hair and his attitude is just blah. He looks like he hates his job and the people he works with. Every restaurant is going to hell in a hand basket with these workers manning the front line. It’s disappointing.

So unorganized, madhouse 24/7 7 days a week, So much confusion among pickup orders/door dash pick ups
Complete mess not to mention the rude customers in this city, 1/5 people said excuse me when shoving through a crowd, Please save yourself and go to the next closest chipotle, Not this one.
ADDING TO THIS: for the love of god, remove the "pick up" rack, you dont use it and its taking up space.

Once AGAIN Chipotle is closed before 11pm!! Workers lock the doors before 10:28!!! ITS REALLY CRAZY & INCONVENIENT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CANT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE TO DOUBLE TO MAKE SURE THEY AREN'T CLOSING EARLY! THEN THE WORKERS WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU OR OFFER AN EXPLANATION OF HOW OR WHEN ITS DETERMINED WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE THAT DAY!! IM @ HOME NOW ...ITS STILL NOT 11 PM!!

I felt rushed while ordering my bowl, and they added an extra sauce I didn't request. While the food was good, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

Food was good. My rice was overportioned, not by choice. The staff was friendly. What led me to reviewing was literally every single table was dirty. Outside and inside. The floors were dirty. Trashcans were overflowing. A majority of the fixtures in the lobby were dusty. But they had plenty of staff behind the counter.
