Always out of toppings, hair in food, glass breaking in back over grill. Every time I come it’s another disappointment. Workers always in a bad mood and rude. Needs some major changes.

Have had multiple issues with this location getting my order wrong, poorly packaging food for delivery (my whole bowl busted open), and ultimately food quality. It was bad enough this time that I sent a note to Chipotle customer service and am getting no where. Cross-contamination issues and horribly dry unseasoned chicken and white rice. Couldn’t even finish my meal. Try a different location if possible!

Probably the best location in Anne Arundel County, all things consisted. The traffic flow is the only irritating part about this area.

This Chipotle location is very poorly maintained. The dining area has visible dirt and crumbs on the tables and floor, trash bins are overflowing, and the service counter looks messy. The bathroom is especially unhygienic — unpleasant odor, dirty floors, and fixtures that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, the lack of cleanliness makes the entire place feel neglected and uninviting.

It is some big dudes that work in there. The thing that bothers me is the short big dude with a chain around his neck was chewing food while cooking. It wasn't gum at all because we watched him. The store had trash all over the floor and tables.

I usually like Chipotle but on this visit they ran out of guacamole and were only giving it to the people who ordered online. I was so upset with them over this.

The Spice level was right! From the first to last bite my meal burrito was great. I've gotten bland burritos from some other locations, but this one knows what they are doing.

Out of guac far too much. Quality of food is finw. People making your bowls/burritos dont understand what you say many times and end up putting on the wrong requests.

This location consistently fails to get take out orders correct. Improper portions (ie, no double meat when double meat is requested, no extra rice when extra rice selected), missing side items (missing sour cream). Their guac is hit and miss depending on who is preparing it that day, pretty disappointing considering how expensive the chips and guac are. wish this location had better quality and paid more attention to detail. to add, if you have food allergies to dairy, request they make the guac fresh or use fresh guac, have had cheese in my guac on several occasions, over the past few years which is not a problem for me, but all it takes is one time for someone with a food allergy to ingest the wrong thing and at minimum their day is ruined.

I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE AND ALL THE PEOPLE!!! The workers are very personable and even rember my order!! I love going here so so much!!
