I recently placed an online order, and after my payment was processed, I was informed by the DoorDash driver that the strawberry was unavailable. To make matters worse, I was then told there would be a 10-minute wait for my delivery. It’s surprising that such a popular item could be out of stock when it seems so easy to send someone to the store to get it. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can say with certainty that this will be my first and last order with your service.

Cinnaholic is definitely a step up from Cinnabon with way more flavor and topping options. The rolls are very sweet—delicious, but definitely more of an occasional indulgence for me. Perfect if you’re looking to treat yourself every now and then.

I think it was ok. I like the actual roll but on the bottom is a bit of a sugary crust and it was too sweet for me. I also don’t like the icing. To me, it almost tastes like it is yogurt based or something. I wouldn’t go back.

We came to this location to try the Cinnabons at Cinnaholic for the first time. The location is great, right off of 301 but the parking is terrible. The store is clean and a good size to have a quick bite in. There were 2 young ladies working in the store. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the apple pie topping on my Cinnabon. They delivered it hot and it was very tasty. The inner part of the bun is slightly doughy which maybe by design. The taste is very similar to there leading competitor. What I will say is the owner was there and she appears to be a micromanager. Instead of greeting customers and explaining the extended period of time we had to wait for our food in a very quiet store, or helping her workers out with task, she leaned on the back counter and watched the employees work. I don’t think the franchise training in leadership or customer service was effective in her case.

Such sad and saaloooooow service, with a 23 minutes wait for 1 small very berry. Only two young kids working, 13 customers all waiting, sad. Very Expensive for non healthy foods. Only good thing, taste good due to extreme sweetness.
I haven’t had a cinnamon bun in years and this really hit the spot. The last vegan cinnamon bun I tried was dry and not done right. Cinnaholic was nothing but perfect and so delicious. When I need my sugary fix, I’ll definitely come back.

I didn’t think plant-based and cinnamon rolls went together so well! They were so good, I didn’t bother to stop for a picture before I basically inhaled them. I ordered the Old Skool with cream cheese frosting and a caramel apple pie roll. Mannn, run to it! Do not walk. Do not pass go and collect $200.
