Best service and very accommodating to all allergies and needs. Arinnaj was very accommodating and put up with all our intricacies. The spicy sauce is too spicy for me but I still enjoyed it.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at **Coalfire Pizza**, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The pizza was absolutely incredible—perfectly blistered crust with that signature coal-fired char, fresh toppings, and flavors that really stood out. Every bite was balanced, hot, and delicious. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into each pie.
What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. That asian manager, Natasha, was energetic, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making sure guests had a great time. Nathalie was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They both went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable.
Great food is important, but when you pair it with service that’s even better, it creates a memorable night out. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending it to friends!
Great atmosphere, good food, bartender friendly and interactive with customers, ads a friendly vibe to bar area and makes awesome drinks. Wish he worked more than just the weekend.

Ate in bar area. Not crowded but service bad. Possibly because server was high.

Since moving to Maryland, I have had yet to find a go to pizza place until visiting Coal Fire. By far one of the best pizzas I've had in the 5 years I've lived here! I will be back!

Where’s the Flavor?
We were craving a coal or wood burning oven pizza so why not try a place with coal in its name? Well the pizza and wings taste like when you have full fledge covid. Literally flavorless. I’ve been to places in my life where the food tasted like it was made with love, but this “tasted” like it was made with pure hate. It was so atrocious that I had to reheat leftovers from the fridge to taste something satisfying. I’ll gouge my eyes out before I ever eat here again.

👎🏾 You’re better off getting papa John’s! Customer service and pizza is terrible at this location.

I write this review as I actively sit in the restaurant. Our waitress took over 15 minutes to come greet us…mind you the restaurant is basically empty. Then when she came she asked us what we wanted to drink BUT someone else had already brought us our drinks. The fries had no seasoning the mozzarella sticks were drenched in grease. The crab pizza tasted like the crab was old and the buffalo chicken pizza was greasy with buffalo sauce just sitting on the top! I will NEVER be back and I believe this location should hang in the towel

The service is AWFUL we've went twice now and it seems both times its young teens that are on their phone in a back booth or they group together in the Corner. The whole time we were there they never refilled drinks or checked on us if we needed anything however, Their food is AMAZING! If I were you take it to go!

I went to Coal Fire for my first time the other day for lunch. Once I walk though the front door I was impressed with the spacious and super clean dinning area. I order a Margarita Pizza with their signature sauce. Once I bit into my Pizza I got such a wonderful taste of the fresh basil that was on it. At that time I new I found what I was looking for in a Margarita Pizza it was delicious and I can't wait to go back for more.

Ordered today for my workplace and received amazing service! The young man at the host stand helped me get the order safely to my car. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile!

What a disappointment! The menu looks great here, I was so happy to see the ring of fire pizza because it’s my favorite toppings. Plus there a “spicy” pizza sauce on it. I love spice! The sauce was so sweet that my boyfriend thought it was bbq on it. No spice, but lots of extra sugar in it! Unfortunately I ordered a side of meatballs with the same sauce on it. The meatballs were bland and extremely mushy, and then after covering it with the sickly sweet sauce, it made a dish that was barely edible. I feel like they might’ve tried to hide the terrible meatballs by putting so much cheese over the top that I could barely even reach them. Im never gonna complain about too much cheese, but this one definitely felt like it was there to hide the rest of the flaws in the meal. I also ordered a Caesar salad, which was good. It’s pretty hard to mess up a Caesar salad. We ended up tossing about half of our meal, so this was a true waste of money to eat here. Im not including photos because the food looked great, it just tasted terrible.

Go for the food not for the service. Great wedge salad & their pizzas are good. I order takeout regularly and there is a 50% chance the order is incorrect. Also, the waitstaff has been rude on multiple occasions.
