Caveat Emptor!
Delivery order. 12/07/2024. Received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT order than what I placed. Four different cookies does not equal 1 of one type and three of another. When I contacted them their response was, "Sorry, we told your driver." That was it.
Worst customer service ever.
Know that, because if your order is wrong, they have an easy out...whether they actually did contact the driver or not.

Special thanks to Nathan, Kaden, and especially Samantha for making such great desserts even with such a time crunch and massive amounts of orders the day before thanksgiving! Samantha was especially wonderful and it was unfortunate to see two very immature women yelling at her because of crumbl’s inability to keep up with such high demand. You all are rockstars!
