Brownie batter was rlly good
Extremely long wait for subpar cookies. Unfortunately, despite having a team of 4 workers, no one’s at the register. Apparently, the guys’ conversation is more important than the customers time.

My coworker bought the pumpkin cookies from the Annapolis location they were so amazing I stopped at the Crofton location to get some . The cookie was flat and dry, whereas the cookie I had from Annapolis was plump and moist. So I called and the next day they replaced it. This time the cookie was plump and dry. Not good at all. I ordered online and didn't even get all the right cookies. Not to mention the customer service. I walk in and the guy is just looking around left and right, looks right past me. I had to stare at him , then he says what's your order. No hi , how are you. What happened to customer service

Best attention can’t complain
This place has a MASSIVE managerial problem. Never have I been to a more poorly run store. The employees (when they aren’t hiding in the back) do not want to assist anyone, they flat out ignore you and are absolutely miserable to be here. I ordered with the app, it was waiting on the counter, and still it took 15min plus being ignored 3 separate times to finally get it. Never coming back.

Such a good place!!
We only went to try a new cookie. It was sold out. We are not big fans, their cookies are okay, over priced and usually more sugar tasting then flavored. But my teen likes one now and again.
