I ask for small cappuccino they filled half cup today and when i ask them they were saying because of the steam they can not full the cup and this was not the first time they did this. Before that i asked for medium cappuccino they fill just like the small cup…it is completely stealing by charging more money and giving less. Another location if we asked to fill full, they always full the cup. Sorry i wont returning here anymore. Weekly i spending 40/50 $ here but not anymore

They have converted to an automated order taking machine that is horrible. The touch screen doesn't consistently work, and it doesn't have the full Dunkin menu. Furthermore, what you order from the machine is not necessarily what you will get.

I hate to do this because I love Dunkin Donuts, but this place is not good. Super slow service, coffee was not done correct on multiple occasions... how do you mess up coffee? I'd run to the other Dunkin on route 3 over this location 10 times out of 10

This place is so awful I always order the same thing at every place I go I had asked for a avocado toast with extra bacon when they had given it to me I opened it and it was only 5 little crumbs of bacon

Was really excited for this location because it’s convenient to off and back on to route 3 but I’ve been here 3 times now everytime my same order was a different price and everytime they had me pull up to the front of the building to recover my order … never putting condiments in the bag …. And everytime location I ever go to had my wake up wrap and coffee ready when I get to the window Iam not sure if they’re short staff or just not used to the processes yet but what I thought was going to be convenient turns into nothing but waiting each time

90% of the time the drive thru people will manipulate their timing metric by having you pull around to the front.
If you're that bad at the drive thru maybe don't operate one. God forbid they eventually use both of their drive thru lanes and make it even worse.

I am a Dunkin regular and normally order the same thing at every location and it always comes out the same way. Iced coffee, 2 creams, 1 sugar, 1 caramel. When I received my iced coffee from this location, it’s like the coffee was watered down or something because it didn’t taste like coffee at all and it was like 90% cream. I normally never do this, but it was that bad that I had to ask them to remake it-which they very kindly did. They asked if I wanted it with only 1 cream that time and I said sure even though I always get 2 creams and never have this issue. The second coffee came out the exact same way. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but something is off with their iced coffee. I unfortunately will not be returning.
