It's 4PM, and they barely have any donuts. I was told that they had donuts this morning. Removing donuts from the name Dunkin' Donuts was a good move to accurately reflect the fact that that don't really sell donuts anymore.

You get free toenails with every doughnut.

Nice clean location. Friendly, professional staff who are eager to assist. Pleasant staff member who took my order made my food and drink in good time. The coffee was delicious and the omelette bites were delicious.

Food is fine but the service kind of sucks. They NEVER give napkins with your food order, and most of the staff is very cold, like you’re an inconvenience to them lol.

Rude staff. I didn’t receive my drink and doughnut even though I provided them with a mobile order receipt. Will never visit this Dunkin again!
The store is very clean and both workers were very friendly. Customer service was excellent 🙂
I go through this Dunkin all the time and normally they are fine. I will say the food has always been good with the occasional untoasted avocado toast. This morning, the lady assisting with my order double confirmed my coffee and I corrected that I didn’t want equal because I saw it on the screen. So instead I get down the road to find nothing in it at all. Super disappointed. I try not to think it’s retaliation because who would do that? In addition, the lady at the window is just plain not nice. I smiled and told her to have a nice day and she nodded with a grumpy face. I might start going to the one down the street further if this continues. Please talk to the staff so everyone else’s experience improves too!

This dunkin seems to be owned by the nice Indian man working with a nice Indian woman. They are very friendly, and the store was clean. I'm not sure they make donuts here, though, as it is a fairly small location.

Can’t decide if they do waters for free or not. Have had no issue getting free ice water (you know, the thing humans need to LIVE) for free at this location before but just got charged $1.06 (after not being told I even had a total at the window) for ICE WATER.
Make up your minds (and might I suggest making it up on the HUMANE side, where water is free because it’s a human necessity).

Everything is fine, except:
1. They’ve now put in multiple ordering kiosks where you can place your own order. They weren’t even at the cash register, or offering to take our order. I don’t want to take 10 mins to figure out the kiosk and order food for my family of 4, when there are multiple people behind the counter acting like they don’t see me. Please acknowledge your customers.
2. Each time we eat there, they are sweeping and mopping the floor around us, so close they could touch our feet. It’s basic hospitality, you don’t sweep where people are eating! And it goes on the entire time. It’s over the top. Please wait until the customers leave before you start sweeping and mopping!!
3. On the plus side, food is mostly fresh, and the employees are kind when you do interact with them.

I am so frustrated. This has been my Dunkin but I think the time has come. I speak two languages but I am American and this isn’t a racist comment. I adored the Holiday signature latte after attempting to ask a few questions about the signature drinks I gave up and ordered the cookie signature and an almond croissant. The croissant seemed a bit stale which is why I usually ask for it heated. The latte ended up a regular coffee with oat milk. I was the only one in the place. I went up and told her what I had ordered. I was unable to understand what she said and she was unable to understand me. We are talking coffee talk. The business that I just walked into… ok. The boss came over. I told him and assume he understood me and he started to tell me something about the latte. Which I couldn’t quite understand. I’ve done this way too many times and I guess finally I reached the limit. I thought ok I’ll have regular coffee and then I took a sip and was like nope. I quietly walked toward the door and through the coffee in the trash. Went to the one down the street where yeah still language issues but seemed we worked it out easier.
I think if any business wants to really be good at what they do they at least have to have one person in the establishment that can communicate to the customers. Or I guess it comes down to order by number and no alterations. Sad.

I ordered a specific coffee order and I am pretty sure it was rushed because i put in the sweetest ingredients and the coffee was very very bitter. I will not be back.
