I couldn't use my app, couldn't get my points. They didn't have a way to warm a muffin that I wanted to order. They didn't even have glazed donuts. I was NOT happy with this experience.

This morning I attempted to get coffee and a muffin utilizing the front counter kiosk. The muffin option was not easily found and I asked an employee for assistance. This employee kept walking. I continued to try figuring out where the muffin option was. All during this time every employee on duty behind counter ignored me at the kiosk on the front counter. A white guy comes in and immediately he is asked can he be helped. I left and then returned asking for franchise operator or manager. I spoke with gentleman and he was suppose to return my call. He has not. Will never return to that location. I encourage Dunkin corporation to start sending in undercovers to keep these types of incidents on guard before it cost the organization more than coffee.

My food was accurately made to order. Place was clean.If you expect people to dine-in, how about turning on the A/C?? It’s like a sweat shop in there. Couldn’t understand anything they were saying either.

I stopped at the dunking donuts at 1051 rt 3 in gambrillia md at 6:45, the sign on door says open till 10, and people were inside but all doors were locked and not a single person even look at us much less open the door or explain why they are closed 3 hours before they’d re supposed to!

If you get here after 7am, plan for a long wait. I’m not sure why it takes them so long to make a coffee or grab a couple donuts and put them in a box. Don’t go inside. It’s even worse.

The guy taking my order seemed confused about what I wanted. Kept asking “iced or cold” even though I said iced multiple times, I was reading off of what was on the board.There was way more ice than drink. I ordered a medium sized drink but swear I finished it in 10 sips. I looked at it wondering when it got so low so fast.
