I really enjoyed my food but my waitress was rude. I wanted to order an extra egg on the side, but I didn’t know how to explain what I now know is over easy because I had never ordered it before. She had no patience with me and instead of helping me understand the different ways they are prepared, she was very rude and said “you have to tell me what you want because I cant order your eggs for you” in a super off putting tone. Under pressure, I hurried and grabbed my phone to google it and told her while being taken aback. She could’ve easily helped me or grabbed someone who could but instead left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never been treated like that at any restaurant for simply being unsure of how something is prepared.

Went for breakfast today with my mom and toddler. The server accidentally hit the hot syrup (glass) bottle on the table corner when bringing the food out to our table & the syrup spilled all over myself, my toddler, and the table. Though it was an accident, the manager said “so what, it was an accident, it’s not as though something was wrong with the food” and initially refused to comp some of the bill. While we sat there sticky, clothes ruined, in hot syrup. She offered $10 coupon off of our next visit. The managers actions were deplorable! Not to mention, the server never came back! The manager said “her uniform was also ruined”

We had such a great time at the bar of Eggspectation in Gambrills, MD. Our bartender Keyanna on Saturday in the afternoon, was amazing. She was super personable and knowledgeable. Make sure you try the banana fosters coffee drink…yummy!!! Of course a recommendation by Keyanna, thank you!

Coffee was decent

Blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes were delish 6.5/10, too much crème in the middle for me

Turkey bacon was good: 9/10

Eggs were perfect consistency, not overcooked, the right amount of cheese on it. 10/10

My Boyfriend took me here for Valentines Day 💝 💕. The food was great. Me and my Boyfriend enjoyed our food. If you drink mimosas. I recommend the mimosa flight .

I was completely disappointed with my carryout order from Eggspectation today. I ordered two Eggstravaganza meals and the Grand Marnier French Toast Flambé, and unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely poor. Everything was dry, lacked freshness, and did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. In particular, the French toast did not even appear to be made with the same bread as before, which was very disappointing.

I have mostly dined at the Ellicott City location, but only started patronizing this location because that location shutdown, however, I have never experienced food of such low quality. This was, by far, the worst meal I’ve had from this restaurant, to the point that I see no reason to return.

The only positive aspect of my experience was the staff at the front desk, who were courteous and professional. Their service was the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit.

Was looking forward to the visit as it had been years since we'd eaten at an Eggspectation, and we used to really enjoy it. There was a short wait for a table, but very acceptable. My wife and I love garlic bread so we're happy to see it on the menu. The reality was subpar. Did not expect the Mediterranean dipping sauce to be piquant. Also didn't expect the garlic bread and lamb chops to have the same taste. Also had the Toluca poutine. We didn't expect all 3 items to have the same piquant level. While none of the dishes were bad, it was an expensive lunch for, for us, a mediocre food experience.

Everything was SCRUMPTIOUS the Freshness of every nook and cranny was unmatched!! Portion sizes were extremely exceptional!! I'll be back!!
