Order was filled quickly but the bread was so stale.

Very pleasant experience. A small sub was adequate. The bread was tender and the components were ample. It is a typical order at the counter with trashcan at the door but everything was clean and it was quiet enough to accommodate a conversation. It is nice to not have music playing in a dining room.

Went to walk in to use the restroom and buy something to drink while the kids that I carried on the school bus went to other surrounding restaurants and they locked the door right infront of me as I went to come in 30 minutes before they were due to close. The guy looked right at me while he did it. RUDE!!!

So very disappointed. Received a sub steak and cheese with no peppers or onions. I only asked to change the cheese. I guess you can't have it all if you make a cheese.

I did an online order. Was called about 20 minutes later to be told they didn’t have meat for 5 out of of the 6 subs I ordered. Was told I needed to request a refund because they couldn’t do it at the store. After 5 attempts to get my $50 back, I gave up. Management wouldn’t call me back and I never got my money back.

It was less that zero stars i want a refund, ordered an Italian, wasn't toasted did not have cheese or any condiments. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY buying from this location.

The rudest mean manager and spiteful worker! Sending ways customers before ordering. Waited 50mins for cold small sandwiches full of onions. Wasted money on 2 sandwiches. Does not support Veterans. Worst experience. Caporitti was so much nicer and amazing. Requested refund. Manager will not fix

Absolute garbage service and food. Guy tried to tell me this is what the potato soup is supposed to look like. Come on man, I was born at night, just wasn't last night. Second time in a row we've had bad food and service here. Won't be repeating it.

This location is always understaffed. This is by design and the franchisee is too cheap to care about their customers.

Ord #1000079 on 6/01/25 . I did NOT receive the 2 cookies I paid for, no pickles as ordered, and no olives on my sandwich that I ordered. I cannot get them to answer the phone to complain, called 9 times, nothing! Plus we noticed the bread was not very fresh and hardly filled either. The WORST order and service ever!
