This location is always understaffed. This is by design and the franchisee is too cheap to care about their customers.

Ord #1000079 on 6/01/25 . I did NOT receive the 2 cookies I paid for, no pickles as ordered, and no olives on my sandwich that I ordered. I cannot get them to answer the phone to complain, called 9 times, nothing! Plus we noticed the bread was not very fresh and hardly filled either. The WORST order and service ever!

Just ordered meatball subs through Uber eats and the bread was moldy! Tried to call to let them know so others don’t also get moldy bread and their phone is disconnected.

I tried the gluten free bread for the first time and it was actually good!!! Thanks for offering it!!!

Service was quick and friendly. 👍😊 This was our first time at a Firehouse sub and it went great. 💯 My Son and I got the Brisket and Cheddar sandwich and it was delicious. 😋 Will be returning in the future. 🚗💨

They said they don't offer a military discount but we get a free drink. 🥤🤝

Large menu with great sandwiches. The staff is great, makes you feel like one of the crew.

This place went down from when it Frist opened which is never surprising but where it is now is just disappointing. If I am going spend $20 per person for a sub meal then the sub should be good and not a shadow of their former self. I could get multiple subs from Crofton Depot better packed with ingredients for the same price or go to Jersey Mike's. Feels like this place has given up and just charging premium prices for substandard subs.

The joint is clean and with excellent climate control so the food won’t go cold when served. The order was quickly prepared to order and it was delicious. ( Captain’s Club Sandwich). The kindest guys took care of us and they always offered a friendly smile as well as exhibited knowledge of the menu. They were courteous and patient (as we asked many questions). This location is ‘da bomb 💥❣️😋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❣️😋 Going back next week! ( This time with “space” For two choco chip 🍪 🍪 cookies! 😂🤣🤣😂

Will never return here again, for someone to send me this is worthless and should be fired. If you’re thinking about coming here get a microwave dinner you’ll get more pleasure out of it.

I used to work for Firehouse Subs many years ago, and so when I come here I have very high hopes and expectations. I also have a rather unique order. This was the best sub I've had, I honestly couldn't have made it better myself... everything tasted fresh and the temperatures were perfect the flavors were amazing - and my instructions and requests were followed beyond expectation!! The young man (Ketan) rang me up and then promptly made my sub and I literally couldn't be more pleased! This made my day!! Side notes: both employees were so so polite, and the restaurant was very clean!

Don't follow the mobile app or website listed hours, they are wrong for Saturdays and Sundays. They will allow you to place a mobile order based upon the 10 pm closing time but make you feel like they are doing you a favor by filling your order because they changed their hours to 9 pm on weekends and failed to update their hours.
It definitely doesn't have the firehouse subs vibe from when they 1st opened, it's now just a fancy subway.

I would just like to give a shout out to the ones that were working on Veterans Day. It was extremely busy when I walked in and from what I saw there were only 2 workers. They were extremely professional and patient. Thank you so much! The sub was delicious!!
