Terrible. It’s not worth it. We did a DoorDash order received half a sandwich. The other sandwich was falling apart. I called and the woman did not speak English and refused to help in anyway. The order was $50.00

Had an issue with a delivery order, but the owner reached out to me after I contacted their website and explained what happened. Was very impressed with him and how quickly the issue was resolved. I've now eaten their twice and loved it both times.

The jerk salmon salad was good, but the bread was just a potato roll. I thought they had ciabatta rolls, maybe they ran out?

Great salad! Lots of options. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

WAY OVERPRICED!!! $38 for 2 mediocre salads. Lettuce, 5 toppings & a protein. Quality ok.
Will not recommend or go back.
I’ll stick to CAVA, Mezeh or Panera.

The Jerk Salmon Caesar needs a rework. For the first time trying the establishment and was informed by staff that this was one of the best sellers sold an expectation that wasn’t fulfilled. The salad did its salad thing but the fish was a disappointment. The recommended dressing didn’t pair well and for the total cost to be over $20 for a bed of kale, a sprinkle of parm with a handful of croutons with a dry plank of fish isn’t it.

My family and I wanted to try this restaurant; I made a reservation. When we arrived they didn't acknowledge my reservation; it seemed as if there was no record of it. They seated us beside a table filled with dirty dishes and glasses. When I asked our waiter to clean it, her response was they just left but we never saw who was sitting there. Our table of three had to share one menu since that was the only one provided for us. The food was alright, but I was just dissatisfied with our overall experience. 

Strongly recommend the Kale jerk salmon caesar! The kale was really fresh and the salmon was very well seasoned. Great customer service and super clean environment.

The store is alitte pricy but for a better quality of items, I don't mind.However I love Tiramusu cake . Instead of going to Whole Foods this store is close to home. Every week I stop in for 1-2 slices. Lately the slices are getting smaller and smaller from when they first opened. I know the bakery has a measuring scale but someone is mot using it. My last slice was less than 3×3 for $4.99. It's ridiculous. Never consistent. I guess I have to go back to Whole Foods.

I ordered online to pick up in store because both on Google and on the online ordering website it said this location was open. When I went to pick up my food, the store was locked and not open. Disappointed that there was no indication that they were closed before wasting over $16 on a salad, not even a sign on the door saying they were closed today. Called the store and no answer and also left a contact us message and still waiting to hear back about a refund and this frustrating experience.

The salads at Fresh Green are good. However, my issue is with their customer service or the lack thereof. I have visited the Crofton location multiple times and the staff could be a little more warm and friendly. They always seem like they don’t want to be there. Also, the company has changed the creamy consistency of the jerk Caesar dressing the regular Caesar dressing to a vinaigrette consistency. I prefer creamy dressings. Also, on two occasions I have experienced the staff not knowing how to properly do a salad wrap. They need to train their staff to do salad wraps the same way a burrito is wrapped. The company also advertises for items that they don’t have in stores (i.e. the crab cakes during the summer). Fresh Green is expensive and for the cost of things, great customer service and food consistency is to be expected.

Wasn’t expecting to enjoy this Jerk Kale Ceasar salad as much as I did, but it was delicious. Ate the entire bowl. The price was too steep for my wallet so I’ll be back once I get paid again.

The website says they have curbside pickup. However clearly the staff did not know what curbside mean. I called to let them know we were there. I was asked "do you want me to bring out your order?" Well yes..that is what curbside pickup means. PS. My husband had to go in and pick it up. REALLY!!!!

The salmon is tiny and extremely dry. Basically paid $23 for kale and arugula. Didn’t even come with the salad dressing. Definitely not worth the money.
