Recently ran into a friend at this restaurant and had the displeasure of seeing him and his family having the cops on them because the restaurant forgot to bring out one of their lobster dinners and they were still charged for it. Mind you, this was a birthday celebration and his grandchildren were in attendance.

I will not be back and I will be sure to share my sentiments on my other platforms.

Cooked the meat first and didn’t clean it before cooking the vegetables after telling server I was vegetarian

Chef was nice, waitress was attentive but the food quality had gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and the overall experience is terrible. Today is the last time we will eat here.

I visited this location with my son and his wife. Location was clean, food was good. We opted for the hibachi, it was a bit of a wait to fill the seats in order to start cooking. So if you decide on the hibachi, be patient.

The food here is really good. I wish there were more options of rolls that I could order that didn't have spicy stuff all over it. But there are a few that I like. The prices are very high to the point of where I wouldn't come here regularly. Also, note that when you dine in, they add 18% gratuity to all dine in checks, regardless of party size.

My family has been dining here for years. No more. Sat in the bar so my wife could have Sushi which was good. Mai Tai I ordered was horrible, but their policy dictates no returns or exchanges. Ordered something else but had to pay for that horrible drink.
Then my food came out wrong and cold.
Won't be back. Just sad. Am normally a good tipper, but they include a service charge
