Located on the side of a small strip mall adjacent to Johns Hopkins Road and Route 3. Plenty of parking. Decorated with a bunch of odds and ends (signs, plaques, flags, etc.). Went there around noon for brunch/breakfast (breakfast is served all day). Ordering was a little different. To sum it up, it was cute. So it's giving mom and pop shop. Maybe like a Gilmore Girls little town food shop.
So the food was good with no flare. So better than IHOP for sure, fresh tasting but not unique or fancy menu items. That's fine to me. We both got the Tooz or however it's spelled.
