Great service but it appears cooks struggle to read orders correctly. It's on the receipt, READ and prepare the to go order as it's written. The host/waiter was very pleasant about it but I had to wait additional time for them to redo. That's not fair to me as a customer to wait additional time because COOKs CANNOT READ!

Walked in this morning and had to walk back out. Saw atleast 3 crickets in front lobby & This place smelled like the sewer backed up. Disgusting!!! Clean your restaurant!

Our breakfast this morning was great. My grandson had banana pancakes which he loved. I had two eggs over easy -perfectly cooked, link sausage fresh and just cooked not reheated and hash browns which were good. Even the toast was just right. Couldn’t be happier with our breakfast. Also the young lady who waited on us was attentive and pleasant. Good job IHOP

🥚🍖 Second Visit and soon Maryland neighbor! 🍵🍽️
This time I ordered Hot Tea, Sirloin Tips & Eggs (well cooked), Original Buttermilk Hash Browns and scrambled eggs x2 🥔🍳. All delicious! This is my second visit, and I will be able to come often soon because I will be moving from New York to Maryland on October 31st. I wish all the places in my new city were this good. Definitely one of my favorites; I already have a place to have breakfast when I'm installed! 😉
